We have an electric car and a swimming pool pump, as well as the usual all-electric home needs. They took care of the permitting process. Their electrical installers could not have done a more clean and professional installation. The whole process was quick and painless. Our monthly power bill was nearly $600. Now we pay the basic connection fee to HELCO and not much more. I do need to time the charging of the car to the daytime when the solar panels produce the most power. My power bill this past month was $40. At a $500/month savings, this system will pay for itself in about another 3 years. Even when the HELCO grid goes down, we donʻt miss a beat.

When scheduling the return visit to patch the wall, he told me he was booked for the next two weeks, so we agreed on a Monday two weeks out. During that time, I learned I would be out of town and needed to reschedule. He suggested coming the day before but did not specify a time. Since I was leaving Sunday afternoon, I asked what time he would be by. He then changed his mind and said he didn't need to be bothered rescheduling and would not be returning to finish the job. Based on my experience, you cannot rely on him to complete the work.
