It does not get better than this. We used B&R for gutters on two homes here in Bend. We've been in this one for going on ten years and last winter we had our first small gutter problem. Stuff happens. The "oops" had nothing to do with B&R, rather an awkward roof tie in design from the house designer. When we called with our little SOS, no emergency we said but needing work, owner Richard was out the next day to assess the work needing to be done. A day after that, three very nice guys showed up to do the work. Although there was front porch "stuff" in the way for them and landscaping in the mix they were so careful with both that you'd never know, except for the fixed gutter, they'd ever been there. If you've worked with other gutter companies that mangle landscaping as they do their work, you'll know how extraordinary a thing it is to have folks be as careful are the B&R crew. Not to mention how unusual it can be for a business to absolutely stand behind their work as do owners Richard and Jean. Not to mention how delightful it is to have your call taken or immediately returned. As added bonus, Richard is a just darned fun personality. It wasn't until installation day that I found out they had, as I didn't get responses to my emails. They did recommend breaking up long gutter runs, which I think was good advise (not given by a competitor who submitted a bid). Their work during install day seemed ok. But my real issue is with my post install experience. My gutters make a loud sound like an impact driver in strong winds. When I followed up with Cleanline to have it addressed, they were unwilling to even come look at it. They sent me a couple of emails, one suggesting that the best approach might be to learn to live with it. Then they stopped responding after my 3rd outreach. I would have expected that they'd come out and secure it better, or at least have warned me in advance if they thought this was a likely outcome in my area.

However, I'm having an issue trying to get my $50 Amazon gift card, as promised by the project manager. I called and was told it would go out at EOM July when the rest would be mailed out in 1 batch with all the other customers cards. I called on August 14th and asked what happened to my gift card. The gal said it was an oversight and would be mailed out at the EOM August. We'll, here it is now September 12th and still no card. I called the office 2 days ago and talked to an answering service. She took my message and said she'd forward my concern. As of today, No one from this company has called me back to explain why I haven't been sent my $50 gift card. I just called the office again and the service again answered. I just hung up. I paid over $21,000 for the new roof so the $50 card is not the point. It's yet another company not following through on a promise they made. The $50 is peanuts. It's the fact I've been lied too and even worse no one bothered to return my call to apologize or talk to me. I respect actions over words. Clearly, they do not.
