I just had what I thought would be the plumbing day from hell!…read more My hot water heater is in my garage and suddenly there was substantial water running from underneath it. I called these fine folks who I've been using for years, Oh s**t! It was not a hot water heater leak but a "slab leak" that just happened to be near the heater. That's right, there was a break underneath my concrete slab. Oh, double s**t! I had visions of $$$$ dancing in my head. These fine folks quickly mobilized a team of three guys to deal with this potential disaster. The issue was additionally complicated as the hot water heater had to be drained, disconnected, and moved to get at the leak. Of course, a hole had to be cut into the slab. It took these guys the better part of a day to get it done. The result was almost magical! You would never know there was a hole in the slab underneath. As you can see my picture, the heater was beautifully reconnected, and everything was cleaned up very nicely. Best of all the price was extremely reasonable! Update- This business has now moved on to the second generation. The father retired and the son took over the business. This was the first time I dealt with the son. As expected, he was every bit as competent, honest, and personable as his father. Five stars!

I had to call Mosser Plumbing this morning at 8am, David Mosser came and finished before noon…read more Very happy with the speed but even more so regarding this company's ethics. I was told a price on the phone and Mr. Mosser repaired our issue using a simpler method and charged me barely half of what I was originally told on phone. I couldn't believe how fair and honest this company is. On a final note about my service, I was home alone while my husband was at work. Normally i'm very leery about allowing a man in my home whilst alone but Mr Mosser didn't linger or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Feeling very blessed about my experience with this plumber.
