Their poor install with thinner pipes tapping into my existing water softener just caused my water heater and softener to fail and need replacing. Recently I started receiving errors for my solar. I called them and was told to call another company for assistance since they no longer work with sunpower. Paid 46k to be told to call another company for help. Buyer beware.

It took 2 months of "they are still in review" for me to call the Building Dept myself because Permitting at ADT Solar couldn't seem to pick up the phone. That day the permits were approved because they had been lost in the system. Then after approval, I notified the account manager, which didn't get responded to for over a week because she was out of the office. Then, when she returned it took another week for her to respond to me only to hear that Permitting was saying that the permits were still in review. I sent a direct web link to the permits to my account manager, who promised me that I would hear something by Tuesday of this week to schedule installation. This, of course, did not happen. I was told Wednesday that I would hear back by the end of day. This also did not happen. We are beyond livid that it has taken them 3 months to do anything. All this while our neighbor who moved in a few weeks before us has had their solar panels from ADT Solar for more than 2 months now. I can't understand why nothing is happening and I keep getting the run around. I did a lot of research and thought I chose the best company. How wrong I was. Hopefully this post will get their attention.

I've been in these jobs where you go door to door and make commissions, I know it hard so I always try to be polite but they were just rude and obnoxious young men trying to sell me stuff then being butt hurt cause I said no . Amazing. I TRIED to give them work and they weren't having it. They even gave me the name of a handyman service to rely on. I'll need a new roof in a couple of years and these are the guys who will assess, supply, install, and maintain our gutters. After an hour or so looking at it, he came to the conclusion that the compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced. He explained it to me like I was a child, and that's how I knew I was with the right people. He made it easy to understand. After evaluating options, I opted to replace the whole unit because it just made sense to do so. Brent and his team made sure to make it work for me and my schedule and was very quick with the replacement of the unit. It was top notch service and they were on time. They explained everything to me wonderfully and advised what I needed to do to keep it running smoothly. I could not recommend this company more than I do and going forward, they will be the AC company I recommend to all my friends and customers.

I can understand if they don't want to do my repair, just tell me so I can look for someone else. But to just string me along is just not acceptable. I called Sunpath Solar and the tech was here in less than a week and repaired the panel by himself. This company needs to be Federally investigated. They work with a shady mitigation company and an attorney from Ft. Lauderdale.. I have suffered a tremendous amount of physical, financial and emotional tragedies because of the way this company handled my sanctuary during my claim. The owner has many, random business schemes all over the east coast I discovered while investigating further. With companies owned by people like these, it's no wonder America is struggling. This company only wanted to nickel and dime my insurance company, even after my company agreed to pay for the roof. Since this experience, I had to pay out of pocket for rewiring and over 100,000 in damage. This company allowed my roof to cave completely in while my daughter was going through aggressive chemotherapy in isolation as a toddler. Thank God for our families, business associates, friends and neighbors. I signed a contract with all seasons, giving them the authority to protect my home while they negotiated the roofing price and provided me a roof they did none of these things, but of course, Duval County me none of the complaint, departments throughout the city or State could get any traction or Justice. I even hired 2 lawyers, one got AD. U. I and told me get a second lawyer. Then the second lawyer took my money got arrested, and when he was released months later he died within 5 days. What is going on with the evil in this city? These businesses are not what they seem. On a positive note, I am very grateful that this company did not put my roof on. When my chiropractor saw how distressed I was she hired her brother-in-law to put my roof on for $16000. All Seasons roofing company had me notarize a document stating there was at least $42000 worth of damage, then several months later, they settled for a little over $30000. They played this game on my insurance company while my home was being destroyed for a year
