Garage is very clean and well-lit, only negative was some kind of work going on so there were huge areas blocked off (and it has always been a lot of twisty corners to manuever around in there anyhow). Which makes it one of my garages of choice for the area when it comes down to dinner. If you leave your car in the garage during times that aren't covered by your monthly parking pass, they will charge you. My monthly pass is $300, and a monthly 24/7 pass is $500. I asked if I left my car there in an amount exceeding the $200 difference between passes, would it default to the 24/7 price of $500. I was told yes. That's not what they do. They will charge you the $300 and all of the additional. On top of this, they will wait months to charge you, so you may get a bill of over $1000. They'll also yell at you when you are alarmed by the amount. They power wash the garage from time to time, and put a sign up a couple of days beforehand. If you don't happen to use your car between the sign being posted and them powerwashing, they spray filthy water all over your car. It looks like it's been smeared with human waste. The time this happened to me, I actually wondered whether someone had done #1 and #2 on it. Very bad experience, wouldn't recommend.

Place can be confusing as you exit the place after parking but as long as you follow the signs for your desired destination you will be ok. Parking was validated by the theater for $11 as we entered after 5 PM. Be aware of pricing if entering before 5 PM even on weekends. There are other cheaper options in the vicinity for earlier times.
