I have been coming regularly to this foot/massage spa for over 3 years now. I have had 95% wonderful experiences. In general, the women therapists are better for me because I don't like super deep tissue. The men I have had, more often than not, are too deep in their work for me. So depending on what you like, this is helpful to know. Over all I love Sole Foot Spa. I come here whenever I'm having a bad day or have a sore back. It's so much cheaper than getting a massage elsewhere and the masseuse definitely listens when you ask for more pressure! My husband and I had fantastic massages here. The place is very clean and the staff are all very friendly. We each had a 40 minute foot massage followed by a 30 minute full body massage and were both thrilled. We're only visiting Austin and are so disappointed to have discovered this on the last day. I saw the great reviews on this place so I decided to bring my friend here for an early birthday gift. We got the combination 2 55min $38. My massage was weak with random pressure points. I feel like most of the time I was getting shaken around or poked.I have been to most of the foot spas in town and the only difference is this facility seems a lot more sanitized that's all. Most places also start with $30 for 55min combination but I feel since its located in "Westlake" they can up the fee. My friend also disliked her massage as well. read more

Love this place!! They got my husband and I in last minute at 6pm, which was awesome because we were both exhausted and needing a massage. I got a gentleman named Josh and he was AMAZING! I've been to lots of Asian massage places, but this place was so much better. Most of the staff spoke good English, the massage was stellar! I generally like pretty firm pressure, but in the past, I've left with bruises from those type of places. Josh asked me if the pressure was okay, if I wanted my head rubbed and was just genuinely kind throughout the massage. They use hot stones towards the end of the massage which is a nice touch. I got a 90 minute massage for $86, and left a $15 tip because it was so great! I would have even left more of a tip. So worth it! I'll definitely be back and ask for Josh! read more

I love this place. Everyone there is experienced and gives a great foot/back massage, the price is awesome (which means I can tip a LOT) and they're almost always able to take me as a walk-in. The atmosphere is tranquil and low key, especially considering that as is the custom in the foot joy world, you're in a small room with other people and practitioners. Hidden Gem in Rollingwood! I noticed this little place a couple of months ago when my daughter and I went to the nail salon next door. I finally made an appointment for a 50 minute foot reflexology and WOW, it was FANTASTIC. As soon as I entered, I was escorted back to a massage table. It starts with a warm foot soak. While your feet are soaking, you get a head massage and hand massage. Then they start massaging you feet and your legs. It was not like any other massage I have ever had, and I have had many (deep tissue, Ashiatsu, etc.). This is not a froo-froo spa but it is a place to go to experience a serious, relaxing and professional massage. I should also mention that the spa is very clean and the people that work there are nice and professional. Best of all, their pricing is so reasonable that I can visit often. read more

Found this place on weekend trip to Austin. It's a hidden gem no complaints it was Great Experience. Such a soothing atmosphere, lights were dim and the gentlemen I had did a great job. My husband said he enjoyed his massage as well. I've been to a few foot spas throughout the Dallas and Austin area. This is 100% the best one I have ever been to. I sit at a desk job all day so my shoulders have tons of knots and pain. I got a 30min chair massage with Ethan and it was the best massage I have gotten. If you want a deep deep almost painful massage to get those knots out you have to go here! read more

I have never reviewed anything on Yelp but I was so impressed by this place that I feel like I have to in order to show my thanks for the great service and overall experience. I got a Combo 1 massage with foot and chair service and asked them to add a scalp massage portion as well within the time allotted for the foot massage which they happily did. They were able to accommodate my friend and me in the afternoon on a Saturday with no problems at all. In addition the place is SPOTLESS. So clean and well-kept. My masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure (I like a heavy pressure level) and checked in a few times to make sure I was comfortable. The staff is so happy and friendly and kind. Tried this place out yesterday for a 60 minute package (40 minute foot, 20 minute back). It was $42 for a one hour treatment. I feel that I got my money's worth, but it wasn't the best massage I've ever had (granted, I'm becoming a bit of a massage snob lately). Nice instrumental relaxing music playing the whole time. I like that you can walk in, and there was no wait on a Monday around lunch time. Service was friendly, although very little English is spoken. So looking at the menu and pointing at the service you want is encouraged here. We were able to get by without too many issues, but I suggest bringing cash, if possible, as we had some communication challenges when paying by credit card (but they absolutely do accept credit cards). I like that this place is an option not too far from home, and I would not hesitate to come back for another foot, back, or chair massage when I feel the need. Note: they will massage your head/temples and this may mess up your hair and make it greasy, so just know before you go. read more

I cannot overstate how AMAZING this place is. I always get the "Combo 3" (Foot and Body Massage), which lasts an hour. The first couple of times I went, no one spoke any English so all communication was done by pointing, but there is now always an English speaker at the front desk. So at this place, you leave all your clothes on, which I didn't realize the first time. I was skeptical how good a massage could be while fully dressed, but WOW. I swore by Barton Springs Resort Spa until finding Sole Foot Spa. I now ONLY go to Sole Foot Spa. $40 for an entire hour, and they get out every knot. They are really friendly and welcoming, and do a great job every time. Sometimes it's even a bit painful, which I love--they really get into the knots! I suggest wearing loose clothing so you're comfortable and I highly highly recommend this place! read more
