I decided to wait another month, still no contact. After "FIVE" months, I decided to drive the 125 miles to retrieve my Louis Vuitton travel bags. Only to find a "NOTE" on said business, that owner had emergency surgery (understandable). Waited another month"TWO" months, not being able to contact said business. There was always an EXCUSE if there were communication with said owner. Long story short after "SEVEN" months, $150.00 bags were still not fixed. Workmanship was something of an inexperienced youth. Absolutely unexceptionable. Repairs were NOT made, all repairs on LV bags were not completed. "NEVER" would I suggest any individual take items to the business.
