They really do care about your successes and are invested in getting to know their students in order to figure out each ones individual learning styles. Rachel is beyond dedicated to ensuring that you receive tutoring on a schedule that works for you and will accommodate you to the best of their abilities. There have been times where I have needed 3+ hours of tutoring in complicated subjects (most recently, quantitative business analysis) and both her and her tutors are more than willing to provide the time and resources to do so. Clint, my tutor, is without a doubt one of the top reasons I have been able to complete my most difficult math/business related courses. Although my subjects may be outside of the traditional lower education level courses, he always makes the material graspable and translates it in a way that allows for you to apply it to more relatable topics. In addition, I leave feeling that I will be able to do the apply the topics learned on my own because of his thorough explanations. I will now be graduating from business school this spring and will forever be grateful to bright horizons for their support!

They send a text for a reminder. We had Larry for our son. My son thought he was strict and a little scary but good. On their last day, Larry marked them for 7 mistakes, but during his behind the wheels for the DMV, he was only marked with one mistake. I think it's great that Larry is strict. Great experience, would recommend!
