However, the technician ignored the request, painted the toes silver with no diamonds, and became upset when corrected. Susan finished the job, but the result still didn't match the original request. Although I paid and left a tip to avoid conflict, I was dissatisfied and won't be returning. I felt the work was "beginner-level." Side note: she cut my nails not even asking if I wanted them short & I didn't. She told me it's medium short. Susan and her mom was nice.
