Had me sit in the chair for like 25 minutes as if she was going to start while she went ahead and took a customer for waxing, then left me in my chair. 30 minutes later to go take 3 more people for eyebrow waxing. I can't believe this. Just because I am a new client and it's 6:10 when I go in, DOES NOT mean do a terrible job.. This is absolutely unacceptable. My acryilic big toes DON'T EVEN MATCH.. My right side is literally slanting to the side.. and they're not even filed EVENLY.. The polish isn't even even on all my toes, and my biggest pet peeve is when the polish is touching my cuticle.. She didn't even clean it up and let me walk out like this. I'm so embarrassed. What's the point of getting your nails done if you don't even like them... I'm utterly disappointed. To top it off, I understand it's 7:00 PM now and you wanna close your register, so I have absolutely no problem giving you my card to charge. First it was, "It declined. Is your card locked?" Hmmm, it shouldn't be. I checked and it wasn't. "Okay let me try again." She trys again 2 more times with no luck. On top of her literally saying this in front of the other customers!! HOW EMBARRASSING!! I say, "Okay, can I go to the ATM and just pull out the cash?" She said, "Sure, but you have to leave your phone." ?!?!?!?! WHAT. Ummm, I don't feel comfortable with that, so I asked if I could leave my ID. She gives me this cringe look and says, "Sorry, someone did that before and they never came back so you have to leave your phone." BULLCRAP. I'm willing to pay for this terrible pedicure, trust me.. I'm gonna come back. Whatever, cool. My friend was kind enough to pay for it thankful and I had NO ISSUE going to the ATM to pull out the money that I paid my friend back with. All in all, thanks Queen Nail for ruining my night and making me feel like I'm broke. Dyda does good nails, but has a fucked up attitude. I tried to make an appointment one day and pay deposit, she doesn't have change for a $100 then tells me to just chance it in the morning at 9am. I had a long sleepless night, being pregnant. I walk in around 4pm explained myself and tried to pay again for an appointment but since I didn't come "chance it at 9 am without an appointment" I couldn't actually get an appointment. She was very very rude, disregarded anything I said and she thought I was going to stay lmao BITCH PLEASE. I'll continue to drive to LA to get my nails done. The last time I got my nails done here I was very disappointed with the service. The color swatches on the pallet do not match what you get on your nail. I tried picking a different color and Nicole appeared to be bothered. I have always felt discouraged to ask for a design or something special because it feels like an inconvenience, even when I am paying extra for that design. Their prices are premium, but what they offer in return, in quality of products, knowledge for up to date designs, and atmosphere is simply not. They will also turn you away if they don't like you. I felt so humiliated when I went in to make an appointment (mind you, you have to go in and leave a $15 deposit to hold your appointment, and they don't answer the phone) Nicole told me I should go somewhere else, her excuse was because "I couldn't find a nail color I liked last time" that's not a valid reason to turn someone away when they are trying to make an appointment with money in hand. I felt so discriminated, and humiliated. I've always been nice and courteous and tip every time, even when the service was not great. I came back here again because my new person is on vacation, but I will never support this business ever again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

However my pedicure ended up finishing a lot faster than my guy's even if we got the same type of pedicure done. I felt like mine was a little rushed. My manicure was ok. I would have given 5 stars is not for their extra $15 gel nail charge. That's a bit high. It added $30 to total to do gel on mani pedi. I felt massage was a bit under cut since it was supposed to be 12 minutes and mine lasted not as long as the 7 minutes massage the person I came with got. I loved the actual work. Set was perfect.
