At one point she pierced the inside of my tragus again causing me so much pain, and it was also a brand new piercing so it was already sore. My ear then started bleeding and she had to go get someone else who continued to fidget in my piercing after it was bleeding. I had to stop them because I was in so much pain. She then just apologized but I left feeling I wasn't compensated for the piercing that I had lost, plus I was in so much pain. I'm currently writing this a couple days later because I didn't realize how long this would hurt, but I think they did some serious damage to my cartilage

I had a specific OPI gel color combo in mind. I like to use two different shades layered for a perfect neutral for my fair skin. A bit extra yes, but the results have never failed me. The staff was able to find one of the two colors before my appointment and shortly after my arrival they located the second color. Yay!!!! They are used to customers who like to customize their color. This extra request didn't create an issue whatsoever and they were so accommodating by searching the entire wall to find it. The salon is beautifully designed and it appears perfect for large groups, think "girls day out". I opted for a hot cuticle oil pedi, and a classic fill with my custom layered polish. Both of my nail specialists were great and my nails look holiday ready! I even got an extra $10 gift card based on the price of my services. Win win!!

Then after soaking off my nails they changed up and said "we can't give u a refund" Thank goodness a bystander spoke up and said it wasn't right, so they gave me a refund. They tossed a $50 bill in my face and mid soaking off my nails told me to leave I've never been treated so poorly and rude at the salon. Especially the front desk guy he ALWAYS has an attitude. I saw so many bad reviews about this business treating customers poorly but Elly didn't seem this way on her IG. So I kept the appointment. BIG MISTAKE! I ended up leaving within a minute of arriving because of the nasty attitude of the gentleman that sat near the door. I saw and smelled what I needed to see within 60 seconds and left. PLEASE BEWARE!
