But , I am so glad we did. Ed did both mine and hers. He was great at drawing up the picture. It took us like 3 times to get it exactly what we wanted. But , he never acted annoyed or aggravated about redoing the picture. He was so good about making sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. All in all . A very good experience. Really enjoyed it.

I went into Custom Ink & Steel to get my nose pierced and was completely surprised by the atmosphere in this shop, the staff was so welcoming and willing to help. I have now received 2 tattoos from Evan Oslund he does AMAZING work, he is also very friendly and talks to you the whole time, which is a big plus in my opinion. I was very impressed with Tiffany's dedication to the safety of her clients; she answered all my questions and put both me and my daughter at ease. They have an amazing selection of custom jewelry to choose from. My daughter got three piercings that day, and a year later Tiffany helped her with a botched piercing from a shady shop near my daughter's college. After all that, I finally had the courage to get my ears re-pierced (I had a nightmarish experience decades ago that caused my ears to get infected over and over). Matt inspected my old piercings and said I wouldn't need new ones; the old holes could be stretched. They use medical grade posts, cut to fit each client's ears. Matt actually recut all my posts after the initial piercing, as he was concerned that they seemed too tight. I also took his advice about size and color of the opals I selected. Later on, I can choose other stones to put on my posts. The process was pretty much pain free, and I have had no redness, swelling, or drainage, which I experienced all the time when my ears were pierced all those years ago. I will continue to recommend DV8 to EVERYONE I know.

Got 2 piercings from Danny on one earlobe. I messaged Danny worried the piercing was going to embed…read moredue to swelling and he said no way, and at a consultation said everything would be fine. It ended up embedding. Unprofessional, refusal to fix an embedded piercing unless I paid for it when it embedded by being pierced with too short of a bar, something not my fault.. and both piercings were pierced at improper angles so now I can't stretch my second lobe without risk of tearing. Had to go to a different piercer to fix it who confirmed the bar was short, fixed it up and got me a longer bar for free, and confirmed the angle was incorrect. And way over priced.
