He went the extra mile to make sure Michael's health was being looked after, providing not just the immediate care needed (vaccines, treatments) but also setting him up with better and affordable long-term care as he makes the transition to living in the States. The staff are all very kind and I've always received thorough care, and even though waits can get long it's not bad at all if you make an appointment. The facilities are also clean and organized. The only issue I'd say is with parking since they have a small lot right off of a busy street, but there is also nearby street parking depending on the time you go.

I followed up with a phone call and they believed they had sent it, but it was not sent or somewhere or somehow it was not received, but immediately they corrected it whether it was the pharmacies's fault or the emergency. My prescription was scribed and I was able to pick up my prescription pain pills immediately this so far has been one of the best urgent cares in LA slightly out of my neighborhood but it's worth the drive Dr. Micheal AKHONDI is always great as well as the staff.

Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. U highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for testing and IV fluids/therapy. Keep up the good!

I used to use this as my primary care. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill since being taken over and is now called Exer. I went in Friday Jan 20th at 7:05p, in pain, ready to see a doctor. The lady at the receptionist was so rude and unwelcoming right away. She was very dismissive. What happened to care and kindness? When I tried to explain to her my concerns, she just talked over me and became even more condescending and mean. The gentleman at the front may have been more helpful, but I never was able to deal with him. He didn't step in to help. Halfway through my paperwork I decided this wasn't the place for me and I left. Never coming back here unfortunately.
