I am ADDICTED to this place!! As a working husband and father of three kids 5 and under, I don't have a lot of time for much of anything but my family and work. Which I don't mind at all. I'm not an athlete. The only sport I participate in is golf. I do however take my health seriously and while I'm not incredibly out of shape, I am getting deeper into my thirties and am noticing my body beginning to reflect that. SRT is absolutely perfect for me because Bob and Derek are absolute pros and put together fantastic workouts, as well as nutritional guidance. All I have to do is eat well, show up three times a week, give as much effort as I can possibly give, and reap the benefits. The classes are different every time and have a great mix of people of all ages and fitness levels. We all motivate each other and there's no judging whatsoever. I've tried working out at gym for $10/month. Doesn't work. I don't know what I'm doing, and I can't stay motivated for more than 6 months to actually get results. I am already seeing results from the short time I've been going to SRT and it's because I'm doing workouts that are professionally designed to get me in shape without wasted motion, and because I have pros coaching me through each movement to ensure I'm getting the most out of them. SRT is also the only program I could find that has 5am classes consistently. I can get in, workout, go to work, and get back to my family. Exactly what I was looking for. Coach Bob and coach Derek really know how to connect with their members, and they are constantly challenging you to get out of your comfort zone. The energy in SRT is amazing and the members are genuinely friendly and always encouraging. You will literally feel like part of the team the minute you walk through those doors. As a former competitive athlete and college soccer player, I know what intense workouts and strength training are like, and SRT really knows how to turn up the heat! I love SRT! I'm a former college athlete with the normal overworked muscles and achy joints. SRT has helped be move past constant knee and hip pain into an understanding of moving with purpose and focusing on mobility. I'm able to run twice a week, train four days a week, and maintain the endurance and cardiovascular strength needed for 1/2 marathon training. When I walk in for class I'm always met with a high-five and guinine conversation from the coaching staff. Huge plus, they clean after every class!! Solid Rock is the best gym I have been to. It is truly personalized training. The trainers care about your long term mobility and health. No quick fix here that will have long term neg impacts. They are OCD about form which helps reduce injury and help build muscle memory for doing things the right way. They teach healthy eating and their InBody helps you track fat loss and muscle gains. This workout is the absolute BEST! I love how it fits, no matter what your fitness level. The coaches are so encouraging, constantly helping you with your form and motivating you throughout. Every workout is different, the music is great, and there are are a lot of high-fives! I feel so much stronger, have more energy, and am feeling better in my clothes. Every time I come to the gym even if I don't feel like doing it. When I arrive I am greeted by great energy and enthusiasm. It is always refreshing and the people are great everyone tries to motivate each other to push a little harder get in one more rep. It's good energy, good people and a good time. I have been going to SRT for a year now, I have lost 52 pounds, down from 43% body fat to 18%, and up 10lbs in lean muscle mass, I primarily go to Coach Brandon's classes, he has been such a great coach, he's patient, motivating, and really cares about the best outcome.
