I recently found a leak in my home's interior, caused by a damaged roof. John Franco called me back quickly, came out and inspected the property as promised and immediately followed up with me and even sent pictures of the damage. He outlined the next steps I needed to take (calling the insurance company, etc) and met the adjuster at the house. His team was out to replace the roof quickly and did an excellent job. He even had painters to come and repaint the interior ceilings that were damaged. Working with Solid Roofing made this "repair job" easy and hassle free. We worked mostly with Eric, and his professionalism is awesome. He helped guide us through the insurance process as well as the estimate and installation processes. The crew showed up early and got right to work. They worked hard all day and helped accommodate my need to let our animals outside for bathroom breaks. The only took one break the entire time to eat lunch. They were done around in the afternoon and cleaned up the area well, and they also put everything they needed to move out of the area back in its original place. Steven Sanchez was so great to work with! He was very professional and helped me understand the process of how to file my insurance claim of the wind damage from a storm. He also kept me up to date on the roofing schedule, and stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was good to go. On the day the new roof was installed, they did a fantastic job. They had a fantastic crew of 9 guys who stripped off the old roof and put the new one on in under 4 hours (my house is only 1600 sq ft, but its a tough roof).
