I could tell that they were upselling me a bit, but that's kind of what I wanted. I wanted to go all in on the great ways to prepare the deer since I don't do it very often. If you do, then I'd recommend you asking them to send you one of their write up sheets. It has EVERYTHING on there for the deer and it would be easier to just work you way through the order form. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one on their website. Later, I grilled some of their bacon wrapped filets and they were awesome. The beef/venison was great, tasty and healthy in sloppy joes. About the time they said it would be ready, it was and they left me a message. When I called back they were very accommodating on scheduling a pickup. They are blocks of ice when you pick them up, so just put them in your cooler and away you go. The guy working when I picked up was very nice and helpful. It was in, pay, out and done. There were many mounts waiting to be picked up and they all looked exceptional. I think I have found my spot if I need to bring something in. Pro tip: Get some of their Chorizo!
