They did tell me that they were going to be discontinuing that brand but that they would still provide service. Now the hottub can't get hot (I keep it set at 104 degrees and it is stuck at 99) so I called them to see about getting it serviced. Now they no longer service these hottubs and that I need to call the company to see who can service it. They couldn't/wouldn't help me find someone to service it! Guess now that they have my money, I'm on my own. Would never go back there again. UPDATE: Closest certified American Whirlpool service center wants to charge me $471 for travel expense. I have messaged this company to ask for help since they assured me they would still service the hot tub we bought and I never heard back from them (that was over a week ago. I also called the Brandon location to see if I could get some help and all I got was "I'm sorry!". No offer to help in any way. I hope others will see this before deciding to do business with these people.

He was friendly and knowledgeable explaining all the new functions compared to the older pump that was replaced. Up to this point my experience was 5 stars. as a result of this tablet not working I told him I would go into the store and pay the $99 installation charge. Upon arrival I provide my name and phone number to the General Manager, who quickly brings up my bill. This is when the 5 stars dropped to 2 because he wanted to charge $222.00! He told me the $99 dollar special did not include the $78 parts (2 1.5 90 degree elbows and maybe 2 foot of PVC, I provided the two elbows to save him a trip) and a $45 trip charge. After this it got heated, I explained to him that everyone from the associate who sold me the pump, the scheduling agent, and even the installation guy, $99. The general manager listened to my frustration and then honored what I was told. The take away message, confirm and print out everything before you finish the transaction. In closing, I used them 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience. This current issue has tarnished my opinion and will avoid using them in the future.- Jason

It is a true pleasure dealing with owner Pete and the manager Lilly. I recently had them change out my old 12 year old pool pump for a new one, and the change out was quick and I received a thorough tutorial on how to use the new system. My experiences with this store has been so good, I don't even bother comparing prices on equipment elsewhere. The customer service I receive at this location far exceeds pricing. It brings me back to the old mom and pop hardware stores growing up where everyone is treated like family. I wish more business establishments in todays day and age were run like this store. Kudos to Team Oldsmar and thank you for all you do!

Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. No other builder bothered. Our pool is amazing. We just finished and we love the pebble tec, our marble deck and all the automation and salt systems/heater. We had a smaller space but they designed a great pool. Jeremy the construction manager was easily accessible and took care of every issue. Attention to detail. Janet in the office, helped with many aspects and went above and beyond. If you're building a pool, do it with these guys. My neighbors who didn't are regretting it and my other neighbors are already planning to use them.

It would have been $5k or more, we were ok with that. Sales guy kept trying to steer us towards a more expensive, bigger spa that wouldn't have fit in our space. Also, did not seem to know answers to our questions (how many jets does the spa have?) or seem to want to even get up from his desk to answer. He gave us a pat answer on financing (9.9%) without even looking into our credit, which is highest level. Usually those things vary by credit score. He gave us a generic answer on cost to clean the spa (pennies) then told us we could buy the chemicals there when I asked about buying from a pool place. I'd rather NOT buy a spa than buy it from Tampa Bay Pools and Spas!!
