On this last visit, I sat in the drive-through for nearly 10 minutes before someone came to assist me. They don't have any Saturday hours which is frustrating. My primary bank doesn't have a location out here so I mostly use Chase for cash deposits and withdrawals. Im not a cash person. But my grandma still sends me cash and I always feel like I'm going to get robbed if I have cash on me, so I deposit it. On that note, Chase offers some pretty competitive credit cards, especially if you like to travel and dine out(yelpers!). Ive had my eye on a few when I opened an account back in late 2019 but never pulled the trigger because of the pandemic changing travel and such. I'm actually looking at the cards again, as I firmly believe that if I'm going to spend money, I may as well be rewarded for it! (Points, miles, cash, e.t.c) I probaly visit this location once every few months and every single time has been a quick and smooth experience. The tellers have always been friendly and ready to help. Though I've never used it, there is a drive through at this location for you to take care of any business and not even leave the car! Second to that, there is an atm right at the entrance before entering the main area. Overall Chase has been a good bank for me and I recommend checking them out for any of your banking needs!

The $300 bonus is a scam. I received the bonus code via email and made an appointment to go to the…read morebranch in person. I witnessed the banker, Jeremy Wright, type the code on his computer. 90 days later I have still not received my bonus even though I have met all the requirements. When I went to the branch the branch manager, Madison Beynon, asked to see the email. When I showed it to her she responded, "This is for online only." I pointed to the text in the email that clearly states, "OR make a meeting in-person." She's the "branch manager" and does not even know the details of Chase's promotional offers. Rather than saying she would speak to Jeremy to clarify what happened or accept my email and bank documents as proof, she said, "I cannot honor your bonus." I then asked, "You're not going to do anything even though I sat across your banker as he typed the bonus code when he opened the account for me?" She then offered to contact her boss. I have yet to hear back. I am so disappointed by this bank's false advertisement.

I opened a home equity line of credit with them, and received nothing in return for an account # or…read moremember ID. I had to call them to obtain that information. I finally get that to access their website. Then, I attempt setup an external account to transfer funds from my home equity, and I am prevented from doing so. Not authorized? Again, I had to make repeated calls to get that fixed. I am in the middle of basement refinishing and I wanted to transfer funds from my home equity to my external bank account, and discover I can only do $1K per month. That is awful! I was never informed of that by Cyprus. So, yet again I have to call to obtain a debit card, and make the effort to go to their branch and pick it up. Not happy with this whole experience. I have to inconvenience myself now to pay my contractor, to use various measures in effort to get money to him. Cyprus couldn't have made it any more difficult.

This credit union is complete garbage. They allow direct deposits to go into accounts that don't…read morebelong there and even after members try to explain they aren't correct they still say it is correct and 7 months come back and say they made a mistake and make the members pay that money back. Oh! And they add over draft fees to the members account. And then they give no warning. Just call and apologize for the "crazy" situation but tell You, you are responsible for the situation even after they admit it was the banks error. Pathetic poor service. Most banks don't allow a direct deposit to go into an account if a name doesn't match up. Get it right Cyprus and don't make your members suffer because of it. Think twice before doing business with this bank.
