At no fault to them, our tax return got delayed and we got a letter from the IRS saying we were only getting a portion of our refund. I called Dallas and he spent 1+ hours with me on the phone with the IRS getting it sorted out. Long story short we got it resolved and I couldn't have done it without him! (I don't speak taxes).
