I didn't know the time of my closing until the DAY before which ended in a frantic scramble leave work early to sign my documents and then to clear out our remaining dump-run trips far earlier than we expected. Most importantly, I also said I am related to my agent and wanted my financials to remain private. I specifically asked the check to be placed in an envelope for my agent to deliver to me. This wasn't done. I would never ever use their services or recommend!!
