I'm a healthy woman in my early 60's. Happy with my care at their office. Easy to schedule an appointment, no appointment needed for blood draws. Their NP's who work with him, especially Kimberly is also pretty good and is more thorough in updating my vaccines and with preventive visits. Dr. Paley lately works Mondays and Wednesdays, and I've met him several times. Although, I routinely visit once a year. He is very personable, and easy to connect with. read more

I don't even think this Dr. exists. After coming here for a few years I only ever saw nurses and practitioners. Even after I specifically requested an appointment with the Dr. only to be told he was "sick" that day. Seriously just walk in or call and try to speak with this Dr., it is not happening . This office is 100% run without a Dr. being present. My next step is to the medical board as I'm not sure what they are doing is even legal. read more

I had been a patient of Dr. Paley's for 7+ years. His office manager decided to drop me as a patient without notice. I called to schedule an apt today and I was told I was inactive. I told the receptionist that there must be a misunderstanding and asked to speak with the office manager or Dr. Paley. I was told that I needed to find another pcp and they refused to speak with me after being his patient for so many years. I was dumbfounded. The absolute worst customer service I've experienced. Poor office management. I've never seen Dr. Paley, only his nurses, which is a theme for this practice, nurses provide most of the care. Denise the manager is a nightmare, poor patient care. I am so disappointed with this office. I have been a patient here for years. I had a billing issue as someone was supposed to cancel my bfs appointment come to find out we have to pay $60 from someone not canceling his appt, and was counted for a no-show. I asked if they can message the provider as Christy said theres not much she can do and I will still have to pay. She wasn't trying to work with me as this has bever happen. I was trying to schedule an appointment as my boyfriend is having issues with his heart and now I have to locate another provider due to their irresponsibility and unfriendly customer service. Very inconvenient and sad, especially due to the reasoning of the appointment. This bill was from 2021 by the way. I have called on my bf as well as myself and this has not been brought to my attention at all. When we disconnected I was still talking and Christy hung up on me. VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. I do NOT recommend this office due to their customer service. Mainly Christy who was the "biller" and did not want to waive the no show fee. read more

Refuse to see established patients unless they get a negative covid test. Unbelievable that they won't complete follow ups on their patients that had other illness without being related to covid, but still requiring negative covid tests. Don't waste your time here!! Not every illness is covid, but in their eyes, it is. I guess they aren't aware there are false negatives and false positives in the world of testing. read more

Dr Paley has been my primary care doctor for almost 2 years. He is exceptional in his practice. He is knowledgeable, compassionate & extremely caring. He listens well and offers positive feedback in treating my various conditions that I have to deal with on an ongoing basis. He is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I completely trust him with my healthcare. His Medicare hotline has saved me from a hospital visit. His staff is friendly and professional. read more

If your looking for a good family practice dr look no further!!! I have been coming here for a couple years now and I couldn't be happier!! Granted I don't actually get seen by Dr. Paley, but nowadays thats how most practices are you only see the nurse practitioner unless you specifiy that you want to see the Dr. But the nurse practitioner wendy is just as good. She is getting my health back on track since I've been coming here and she genuinely cares for her patients. The office staff is always courteous and helpful everytime I call or need to reschudle, or if I owe a balance they are very easy to work with. If you love dogs, so does the staff lol. It's always nice to see the Dr's golden retriever and poodle walking around the office and come up to you to get some loving. I definitely recommend coming here for you primary care. read more

My mom goes here. She has been going to Dr Paley for years. I give a 1 star because every visit i have gone with her in the past two years I have noticed that she has seen him only once this last visit . And that was at closing time and he only came in after the Nurse saw her and vocalized how they are going to make everything better. I wanted to ask how if he has not seen her directly in years ? He seemed more interested in the hot medical student that was seeing my mom. He barely recognized/registered my mum when he walked in until we brought up how long she has been with him.... funny how these doctors are nowadays huh? Another reason why I rate this place 1star is because we had another appointment today and I had called up ahead to see if i could be seen for an ear infection which has me deafened completely. The receptionist didn't even bother asking if i was ok. She just said they are really busy and that i should just go to a care clinic. WOW THANKS FOR CARING SOLOMON PALEY's team!!!! I didn't get a chance to see Dr. Paley for my first appointment but I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Deb. She was great! She wasn't quick to suggest a prescription or referral and she seemed very genuine. I hate when I spend more time in the waiting room than I do actually seeing the doctor/nurse. This place was the exact opposite. They also did blood work in the office!! How cool is that? The only small downside was finding the place. You have to take stairs or elevator to the second floor in order to access their office. I'm looking forward to creating a lasting patient/doctor relationship. read more

Dr Paley is what I would call a modern medicare doctor. He knows his stuff and is quick to give a referral if you have an issue that requires a specialist. He refuses to prescribe the drugs that a lot of folks are shopping for these days which means his waiting room has non-drugger people. I like that. I especially like his front office staff who resolved a complicated problem related to Walgreen's incompetence. Saved me a small $fortune. read more

Cowardly Dr. Paley punitively withdrew services for my wife in the midsts of the COVID-19 crisis based on false and misleading information from his office staff. Extremely unprofessional. Apparently Dr. Paley has not learned the basic business premise that the customer is always right. Debra, one of his nurse practitioners, is a gem; the only reason we continued with his praBut, even a broken clock is right twice a day. read more

Dr. Paley is a goof ball, not a serious doctor. His "team" managed by his wife is unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. Dr. Paley farms out all his work to PA's and still makes you wait for up to 2 hours to be seen. Totally does not respect your time or you. You are a paycheck not a patient. The few times I actually got to see him he was more interested in flirting with my girlfriend than doing his job. This is one of the worst practices I ever visited. If you have an appointment and a drug rep walks in, the drug rep sees Dr. Paley before you do. I bet he's banking on the referral programs offered by the drug companies. So if you like dumb jokes, someone flirting with your girlfriend, long waits, an office full of uncaring people, and you don't mind getting biten by one of his lion headed looking dogs, then this is the practice for you. Oh, and they love to make you come in to get your lab results so they can charge you for the office visit. Stay away. read more

The staff are super friendly, very helpful and just love the PA's especially Wendy K. She was very thorough and really cares for her patients. One of my favorite things is that you don't sit there all day, when you have an appointment they actually see you at that time. They were even able to get my brother in law in on short notice, get him taken care of when his regular dr couldn't see him and now him and my sister in law will be going to them from now on. I liked Dr Paley when it is possible to see him (not often), but the office staff is just too frustrating to deal with... They make situations more difficult than they need to be and have a weird 'Stedford wife' delusional response... Like they don't understand why it would upsetting to be inconvenienced. Generally no true compassion, just a very fake, patronizingly polite response. We will be finding a new Dr. Oh, and if they say they will talk to the Dr and call you back, don't actually expect them to follow through with that or bother calling back. read more
