Very unprofessional place. I wouldn't recommend you placing family there. Leaders within the building are cocky, rude, and unprofessional.

It is flu season so the ER was super busy. I waited over 5 hours to be seen. My review is not…read moreeven about that. In today's world long waits are expected and sadly tolerated by medical consumers. I was told I could get my test results on the portal in 4 hours. I tried for over 3 hours to register for the portal and could not. The website is down. When I asked the receptionist at check in about it she had no clue, no answers, had no one to refer me to (I was in the hospital), she called no one to check if website was down. If a healthcare provider requires you to get your results via a portal IT SHOULD WORK! While waiting in the ER area to be seem the presence of cleaning staff was grossly missing. Patients in there laying around coughing, nothing being wiped down or sanitized between patients sitting on the chairs. I cringe thinking about the amount of germs here. I didn't see wipes that patients could self serve and wipe down their seats. I actually took a picture of the chair I am sitting in. The filth is disgusting. I wish there was a way to add a picture to this review. I bet it hasn't been cleaned in days. Seems we are doomed to repeat what we learned over the last 2 years of covid if the simplest precautions are not taken to protect us.

The only thing they did was to put in an iv and give me fluids and put me back in the waiting room. 3 different nurses yelled at me because I was moaning in pain. I was told to "stop making a spectacle of myself". When they told my husband he couldn't stay with me, we both left. They called me on my way down the road and told me if I didn't come back to get the iv out, they were sending the police after me. I was already 20 minutes away heading to another hospital. They treated me like I was a drug addict showing off. I will NEVER go back to this hospital. They don't have an ounce of compassion.

When I would go in for my cleaning, I was always greeted with a smile from Rebecca and Amy, they are an example of what good customer service should be. The one negative about moving to Arizona, was leaving them. I really felt as though I was leaving friends. I am now struggling to find a new practice, which is very difficult, knowing they will never match Freedom Hearing. Giving them a five rating just does not seem good enough, I wish they had ten!

Dr. Diaz at the Solomons site was very professional and cared about my hearing needs. She has helped me to get the right equipment and adjust everything the way I needed and I now hear better than I have in many years. Thank you Dr. Gina Diaz and Freedom Hearing. You will always have my business.

They were compassionate, attentive, professional, and I truly appreciate the medical care I received from them. Unfortunately, my experience before being seen was extremely concerning. I arrived around 1:50 AM experiencing severe pain radiating from the front of my body to my back, along with chest pain and difficulty breathing. I informed the registration staff that I was in excruciating pain and could barely speak because of my condition. Despite explaining my symptoms, I was told I would have to wait because several people were ahead of me. I then remained in the waiting room for approximately three to four hours while my condition worsened. During that time, my pain became unbearable, my breathing became more difficult, and by the time I was finally called back, I could barely walk or breathe comfortably. I understand emergency rooms can become busy, but waiting hours while experiencing chest pain, severe pain, and breathing difficulty was frightening and unacceptable. My concern is not with the medical staff who treated me once I was admitted, but with the registration and wait-time process. I strongly encourage Luminis Health to review its triage and patient reassessment procedures to ensure patients with serious symptoms receive more timely attention and care. I also ask that this feedback not be met with a generic response stating that the matter will be reviewed. Concerns regarding emergency room wait times and triage procedures are clearly ongoing issues, and patients deserve to know what meaningful changes are actually being implemented to address these repeated complaints and prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you in advance for providing a meaningful and transparent response regarding how these concerns are being addressed.
