The technician came, stayed for 15 minutes or so and simply told me the whole system needs replacement. His diagnostic didn't provide voltages test, whether the indoor motor fan or control board needed replacement. All he wrote was that he was unable to take measurement and that it 'looks' like there are multiple problems. Trying to sell me a new system that's twice what I paid 10 years ago. They refused and said that it was probably a 'different' problem than the one they had repaired. I was not willing to spend another $400. on a company that would not guarantee their repairs, especially after only a week. I think this company overcharges and is dishonest. When I phoned the day before to confirm it, the owner of the company said they didn't see our name on the appointment book, which seemed bogus because I had just spoken with him the week before. Then, they said they would call back to see where they could fit us in later that day, and no one ever called back. A week later and my partner called to see what was going on and they said they didn't have their appointment book handy and would phone back. I'm really disappointed in their unprofessional service. This job is obviously not a priority with them. Perhaps they just aren't sure how to solve the problem and just don't know how to tell us?
