The technicians did their thing without showing me their work nor taking any photos to show me. It looked as though they had also repaired the crack above ground level..but all they did was smear some cement like material over the above ground crack. Now the above ground crack has returned and I am told that they don't actually repair cracks above ground. My original comment to akton injection was replied by saying that there are no leaks so the repair is successful. All along I told them that I had no way to see if there were or were not leaks..their reply was unprofessional. Basically I spent over 1,000$ with no way to know if the repair was properly done ( apparently now they take photos to leave with the clients. Overall the communication with this company is not acceptable.
