Hours spent creating a plan for when we went to court. The morning of my case, my attorney, Brandon Arnold, arrived with everything ready as discussed. However, he decided not to touch on any of the subjects of importance. A huge issue we were seeking was medical care for my granddaughter. The father is legally responsible for providing this through the earlier court documents we provided. The father let it lapse, forcing the mother to supply it at her own expense for nearly a year so far. I even requested a separate phone call with him, relaying its importance. Our so-called attorney decided to ignore this, becoming mute in court and ignoring instructions that he and I had agreed upon. What good is an attorney who won't follow instructions? ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! We, of course, had NO vindication, and our case received nothing in the form of justice. After receiving no relief on this matter, this sorry excuse for an attorney told me that I should request this be completed on my own in a kind letter to the defendant. If this were to be the outcome, then what is Brandon Arnold even here for? Why would I pay thousands of dollars to this mannequin just to be told "do it yourself"? We hired an attorney and created a case because we could not get satisfaction ourselves by contacting the defendant directly. I am, of course, upset about the verdict, but more irritated by a complete lack of effort by this firm I hired to represent my case. Lawyers such as this need to realize there is more to their profession than simply cashing checks and creating excuses. If they had an option for zero stars, I would use that, but I guess giving him one star makes sense. After all, he did find the courthouse.

He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother's daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly.
