Over a decade ago I worked with Signe to stage our Alamo home to sell. Signe really helped us give it the WOW factor and we sold in a down market at asking price. When it came time to sell the Emeryville Condo I called Signe immediately. Signe has the gift of adding the "this is what I want to live in" factor. She came out and walked the unit, gave me a very fair price, was so easy to work with, She got the staging done quickly for us to go on the market and was very careful in bringing the furniture in not to do any damage. Signe is a true artist, the furniture, placement, art, and accessories highlighted the features of the condo. One thing you can't really see in the photos of the staging is Signe's amzing use of textures. Every element featured textures to add richness and warmth. The condo sold to one of the first showings in less than 4 days and the staging was so fabulous the buyers asked to be put in contact with Signe so they could purchase some of the staging furniture!
