This provider fraudulently billed my insurance with a false diagnosis to justify her reason for billing and then falsified my records in her notes. I reached out to the director multiple times Bill Rush asking him to send me my entire assessment. I explained in multiple letters that this provider Diana Travis -Bryan falsified my records for monetary gain and refused to redact it. After multiple requests sent to Bill for redaction, Bill Rush ignored all of my concerns and has not sent my records. I filed complaints with the professional board of Psychology. This provider is the reason why DHS is very present in Minnesota. "Christian" them does not mean the same as Following Christ. Avoid this provider at all costs, and check your insurance provider to find out if a false diagnosis was given to secure payment.

No Wait List. Really?…read more I am searching for a specific type of therapist, and found 3 that fit the bill at Nystrom in Maple Grove, MN. However none of them were accepting new clients. So I asked to be put on a wait list in case a slot opens up. I was told to periodically "call back" to check if there is a space. Really? Nystrom is a large business with 41 clinics across Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. They have the resources to add a wait list feature to their website, or have the receptionist/scheduler keep a written wait list. Apparently Nystrom doesn't care very much about how much trouble their clients have to take to get in to see a therapist.

That new class had 2 people! No more than 2 weeks after, I was told to transfer back. I've had 3 different therapists. 1 out of the 3 was great. First therapist never followed up with me or told me that I'd need to schedule my own appointments. The second therapist was second but I had found a job so our times were conflicted. Ans the 3rd was my last straw. She had been calling in last minute and have done no shows and a warning of 5-10 mins AFTER I have been waiting on the lobby. I understand that certain situations shows up but Nystorms's are dealing with addicts and mental health! Get a substitute therapist to step in! There should no exceptions what so ever to helping someone deal with their mental health. Last but not least, they have been having CONSTANT tech issues with their video chat links. I've the representatives over and over about it and nothing was done about it!!! I decided to venture out and find another place for a more active therapist.

He told me it was "C", so of course I was horrified and did exactly what he said and bought ALL the supplements from him. The biopsy told me it was benign and not uncommon. So much stress on us. Next, a different child of mine- I was told by Dr Dan that my child's UTIs would be fixed after the appt. they weren't. It took 3 appts of him telling me it would be better with his supplements (hundreds of $ each time) until I went to the actual doctor (New Kingdom) and the urinalysis showed a really bad UTI- not fixed despite doing what Dan said to do. Last example- I also had multiple appts. for my son's bruxism, spent hundreds on supplements, was told by dr dan that doing his protocol would fix the bruxism, and it didn't. (Nasty strong medicines to kill worms- made my son throw up, and at New Kingdom the stool tests showed no worms or eggs, despite Dr Dan telling us there were dozens). Multiple appts. and he still had his bruxism over a year later. A different doctor I went to for my son said that all the supplements Dr. Dan had given him made him worse. It felt like such a waste of money and time. I also spent a boat-load of money on myself there because of some issues with my tongue and others stuff- no notable improvements other than just the same goodness I feel when I am consistent with a good diet and taking some quality mutli vitamin. I really believed and trusted him, and feel like he just made bank off me and my families ignorance. It was an energy and hope and time suck. There's a huge mark up on the supplements and you can't return them, even if you don't use them. You can't share your package visits, and they wouldn't refund me package visits (even though I have written in writing that I would be refunded). The front desk lady, Ashley is really brash and abrasive- several friends that used to go there have shared that sentiment with me. I really liked the older ladies who worked there when I first began, but it's gone downhill in customer service and client focus the last couple years. I feel like I initially felt like it was about helping people (even though it didn't help us), but now it is more about money and business for them. I don't like the feeling I get from them and am thousands of dollars poorer and not any healthier. I would look somewhere else for your health needs unless you have a really great ability to tap into the placebo effect, and lots of money. I don't have either of those. I appreciate his mission to warn about vaccines and try to help people with supplements instead of big pharma drugs- that's why I am giving a generous 2 stars review, but I would say Buyer Beware and look elsewhere. There are a ton of better options, often more affordable, and with better customer service and outcomes.

I put the request in and got a response saying the first opening is in June...that's 4 months from now... I would've been fine with even a month or month and a half, but June? Maybe they should change their website claim because I was absolutely heartbroken :( the quest for a psychologist continues!
