This agent actually said to me on the phone,after weeks of trying to get insurance that he only wants to comuacte by email because on the phone he has to type our conversations, for record purposes. WTF...seriously OK... so now we are emailing for his convince only he doesn't respond anymore, after a month and a half or so, I stop by the Bozeman Insurance office on a normal business day... morning, Just before lunch.
