After completing both sessions, I was unhappy with the results and did not feel the treatment was worth the cost or discomfort. I raised my concerns with LaserAway, and Brian from Client Experience responded on March 25, 2023. His recommendation was to purchase additional treatments, with a 25% discount on additional applicators. That was frustrating because I had already completed the number of sessions I was originally told should be appropriate. I responded to Brian on April 5 explaining that I was disappointed with the results and did not plan to purchase more sessions. Danielle was copied on the email. I received no response. On April 11, I had to follow up again and ask whether anyone planned to respond to my previous email. I understand that results from cosmetic treatments can vary. My issue is how the situation was handled. I relied on the recommendation I was given, was unhappy with the outcome, and the solution offered was simply to purchase more treatments. When I explained that I was not interested in spending more money and was dissatisfied with the service, my email went unanswered. The laser Removery uses is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than what I experienced at the place I was going before, which claimed to have had "the newest technology" (obviously bs). Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. Besides being overpriced, their laser doesn't work and actually has a class action lawsuit due to its' ineffectiveness. Unfortunately the only parties to benefit from the lawsuit are the shops - not the clients. After 10 sessions at Hindsight, I switched to Enfuse Med Spa and it's now totally gone in just 3 treatments and the appointments were HALF the cost.

I've been getting my black and grey sleeve removed for about 3 years now and have been to several different business who offer tattoo removal. What sets this place apart is their knowledge, fair pricing and post care kit you get to take home. They use the PicoWay laser which is the best on the market. I've used them all and you do not want to waste your time/money on any other laser. I have scarring from other lasers. The PicoWay is very gentle on your skin and will not scar if used properly. I just had my first treatment with Lindsey a few days ago so i can't say how well it has worked yet. Results take about 2-3 months to show when your tattoo is as light as mine is now. I was given a much lighter setting/treatment here than i have been given at other tattoo removal places with the PicoWay so i hope the results are equally as good. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable about anything Biology, and does a lot more than Western Medicine. Here's what you want to know. The minute I left I was thinking of all my friends and family that I want to have see Dr. Harding. She spends a lot of time with you to discover everything bothering you. When she is done, she will have many recommendations for you. It may be vitamin and health related, and not just a prescription. Note: plan on going on a day when you have plenty of time. I was with her over 3 hours. If you can't wait that long, take the day off. If that doesn't work, you can go to another Dr that will have you in and out in minutes, along with a new prescription.
