The store looked bare and empty. All of the clothes were from months back and not recent new clothes. When I asked the employees where all the clothes were they told me that there was tons of boxes in the back full of clothes but their manager only would bring a few out at a time. They also didn't even have any shoes out on the floor and when you asked about it the manager Mary would say "oh I keep them in the back" but my question is how do customers know what shoes you have if we can't see them.....? I went in a few days ago and I don't know what happened but wow the store has really turned around. It's stocked up, there's shoes out finally, and it just looks like an actual store lol. I don't know what happened and honestly thought it was under new management (which it clearly needs to be) until I saw the manager Mary come out from the back. As I was shopping I heard Mary say very loudly that one of her employees was "incompetent" at doing their job. I was truly shocked to hear this from a manager and makes me wonder what type of business is she running and what else she says about her employees behind their back.

The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He watched me walk across the room to observe my gait and made suggestions from there. I learned that my feet grew an inch and a half (yes! they keep growing well into adulthood and throughout your lifespan.) He also advised that I wear a half inch to an inch more for running shoes. (Apparently it's common for running shoes to fit on the smaller side. Plus, going up half a size gives more room for the foot to spread when it hits the ground.) He let me try the insoles and even pulled out some running shoes for me to see what they offer despite me not being in the market for them yet. I figured why not. He did all the work of fitting them on me correctly. No leaning down to put them on myself. I fell in love with the Hoka running shoes and hope to buy some new ones from them in the future. Shoe prices run from $90 to $150+. (The Hokas were roughly $150.) However, when the newest shoe is released, the previous version goes on sale. On average, you can expect to pay $100-120 for a pair of running shoes here, but you can sometimes get some for $90 with that discount. I walked out with some good insoles and a massage ball for the bottom of my feet. With tax, that cost me $52. There's also a barrel where you can discard your old shoes. I think they get donated, but I don't know for sure. I always try to add something that would make a place better, but I'm so inexperienced with shoe stores and so satisfied with my experience that I'm not sure what to add. hmm... How about getting the parking lot repaved so the dips and bumps aren't a bother. Great job. 5 stars well earned.

I would easily rank them #1 in this area! I think they are MILES better than the OUAC nearby, or the other consigning options for kids in this area. The store is clean and easy to shop around, the two ladies working were SO amazing, and again, the haul I walked out with was one of the best (and mind you, I'm buying 3T and 4T which typically tend to be hard sizes to find multiple great items). This is worth the drive! Note: kick it old school and just call them to ask about their buying hours. They're fast to answer!

Since our boys had never worn Vans before, both of the salespeople, Logan and Barrett (I think), were absolutely amazing. Barrett made sure my new skate boarder got exactly the right type shoes to support his feet. Logan made sure my younger son (who can be difficult to please) was perfectly happy. In fact, at one point my son found Logan again and asked him to make an adjustment--- and he is normally very timid and afraid to ask for things by himself. Kudos to the amazing staff, their kind attention to our family, even while the store was pretty busy. It was definitely worth the drive--- even though we may have our own store soon, and won't need to make it anymore!
