Nice purses and pants for women of all ages and maybe sizes. I didn't even have an appointment, but the kindest and helpful associate named Rochelle , must be a sign because that's my mother's name greeted me and said she would help me . Rochelle was finishing up with another customer. This customer said to me that Rochelle was so helpful! Practically in tears I told Rochelle all about my negative experiences with gown shopping. She assured me we would find something and that the shop had new gowns in stock from when I was there the first time! Grabbed a few to try one, found the most stunning gown and once she grabbed the proper shoes and under garments it was instant joy! I looked on the front of my receipt and did not see anything about returning or exchanging the item within a specific time frame. Then they informed me that I would only get a credit for the current purchase price. They informed me the return/exchange policy is on the back of the receipt. I purchased the dress on sale for $50.99 and the credit would only be for $34.99, the current sale price. UGH I pretty much purchase all of my dresses at The Loft since they have a nice selection of petite clothing. I only wish they would state the policy on the front of the receipt, i.e./purchase must be returned or exchanged within 45 days. The staff also informed me today they will have a new policy and the return or exchange must take place within 30 Days. I am pretty disappointed to say the least. I think I will have to choose another store for my petites. I guess Nordstrom's will be my choice for petites in the future. Have a nice day!

Again the ladies who work there are extra sweet. Deeply appreciate their efforts.
