This is a wonderful store to pop into if you're looking for some undergarments as they will help you with a fitting and help you get the exact size that you need. They had lots of pretty things on sale and lots of beautiful choices of pajamas and other items. Staff was very helpful while we were here. Horrifying prices for garbage quality and the employees there are not only pushy but rude and refuse to help with return. I went into this store in March. just to look and was badgered into buying a $100 bra, fast forward to this week the garbage bra that I didn't even want is broken with the wire stabbing me in the boob. I called customer service who kindly said oh don't worry go into the store you bought it in and they will exchange it for you because no matter how long ago you Bought it our bras should never break like that. It was $100 and didn't even last me a year. So I go in there and as nasty as you can imagine I was refused not only an exchange but this b***h didn't even look up my customer account or call the customer service number to help me or anything! She goes oh no absolutely not it's past 60 days so no. I go a $100 bra is only exchangeable if it breaks in 60 days? She goes yeah but call the number back and maybe they can help you? They measures me and told me I'm a 34dd but I'm a 34 gg and have been wearing that size for years, "No, we know best. Your returns process is excruciating. I purchased a Soma bra in-store in April in Illinois. The sales associate guaranteed the "perfect fit". She was wrong. I returned the bra, after multiple calls for a shipping label. After several more calls, I was told that a credit had been issued to a card ending in 4 digits that I no longer have. This has been a 4 month process! Several calls later and I was promised a physical check would be mailed to me. That was a month ago. I'm really tired of being lied to on a regular basis. Now you're telling me the refund was made on the non existent card. I will never walk into your store again and will tell everyone I know the same. I'm also going to tell the BBB. read more

Went in at 8:35 to this store and immediately saw a bra that I liked and asked about where they were located. Employee told me where and I was looking for my size and she said she was in the process of closing the store. It was 8:38. The sign on the door said they closed at 9:00. Mt friend and I would have probably bought 2 bras each but not with that attitude. Why in the world would you be so rude. It obvious she doesn't own the business or care if they survive in this economy. I am self-employed and if I treated my clients like this I would have zero business. So disappointing!! read more
