Ashley ( I'm pretty sure was her name) offered to start a fitting room for me and asked me my name and said "it's nice to meet you" and that right there was hands down the best customer service I have EVER received anywhere. Because trying something on before I buy it is almost always a must and it can be very frustrating when you have to track down a worker for a dressing room. She was so sweet and made me feel so welcome in the store. I definitely recommend this adorable store for cute clothes/accessories and AMAZING customer service.

If home decor isn't your thing, they also sell apparel and other gifts too. I wish they had a location in NJ! But I can always check a bag and just bring more goodies home! Prices varied, which was nice. Everything wasn't overly priced. They have lots of gift ideas in here if you're looking for different things. There were three of us shopping and we all enjoyed our visit. I'm not sure if we were all asked if we needed assistance though which is pretty common in most stores and there seemed to be ample staff. Overall, the store is beautiful.

It's lined with nice exterior buildings and shops, perfect spot to go for a stroll after lunch on a beautiful sunny day like today. They have lots of places to sit along the walkways. There are benches and rocking chairs scattered about. They have music playing as you walk to the different shops on all the sidewalks. Amplified through their outdoor speakers. There are even public restrooms mattered on the different streets. There's enough parking in the structures as well as on the street.

Built on what used to be the Myrtle Beach Airforce Base, it also plays host as a walking museum that spans multiple acres. The shops are more boutiques than big box stores but there are a few name brands mixed in like Anthropologie and Barnes and Noble Bookstore. Prices to shop here are a little on the pricier side and cater to certain niches (lots of dog owner stores and day spas).There are also a select number of restaurants, bars, and a movie theater so you can make an afternoon or evening out of your stay. We came for shopping, eating, and a movie on a couple evenings and had good date nights. The park system is very beautiful with multiple sports fields, an indoor gymnasium, outdoor lakes, and walking/running/biking trails. This place has a nice neighborhood feel that you don't find on Myrtle Beach's downtown strip. There is amble free parking and can be accessed easily by car or by walking on well lit sidewalks. Worth a visit just to explore the sites and read the informative placards of the aviation base that used to exist onsite.

We enjoyed the food and ice cream and pleasant clothes shopping. We love it here.

I found your staff to be aloof and pretentious. The woman checking me out actually "dropped" my bag on the counter with barley a thank you (tall dark haired woman.) I was tempted to ask to return my money but would not stoop to her level. This will not deter me from shopping at Chico's elsewhere, I will just avoid this store in the future.
