While I find many specifics of my recorded session to be of interest, I have benefitted immensely from one piece of advice, gifted by one of my "Guides." *** Place curved fingertips of one or both hands gently onto sternum/breast bone (amplifying both connection with guides and energy flow) to facilitate energy and prayer work.*** I have a history of shallow breathing; often my breath intake stops half-way down my lungs. If in a rush when eating, I feel a sense of constriction; even when I pause and stop eating, getting a full breath into my lungs has been a challenge. Imagine my delight in the past 3 days to discover that placing the tips of my curved fingertips lightly on my sternum consistently yields these results: I instantly can fill my lungs fully while inhaling; I have awareness of an increased energy-flow, as though energy/chi is circulating up from the chest and back down into the sternum. Others I have told about this technique have also felt an increase in their energy flow in the heart chakra area. Having a recording of the session is invaluable: re-listening to Jennifer guide and pose questions throughout the session, I am again impressed with her skills, sensitivity, and knowledge-base. I suspect layers of knowledge will be revealed as I re-listen and plan to type a transcript, especially of portions which deal with energetic practices and support/resources offered by my Guides. I also thought it could be some kind of emotional issue as well, I was desperate and tired of being hunched over like an old lady. What I got was so much more. Not only did my back pain go away, but I got major transformation to boot. My relationships have improved. I started dating (after being single for 2 years), and I'm feeling more present and "in-my-body" than I ever have before in my life.
