She took time to review my full health history, stress patterns, diet, lifestyle, and symptoms before making any recommendations. At the time, I was dealing with ongoing fatigue, memory issues, inflammation, poor sleep, skin changes, and cervical dystonia. I was also consuming a lot of energy drinks to get through the day. Ashlee explained clearly how stimulant use, chronic stress, and diet were affecting my nervous system, depleting minerals, increasing inflammation, and contributing to muscle tension and dystonia. The way she explained it finally made everything connect. Everything she provided was explained in detail. She walked me through the history of foods, how modern food processing impacts the body, and why my symptoms were showing up the way they were. She didn't just tell me what to eat or avoid. She explained why certain foods support the nervous system, help muscles release, reduce inflammation, improve hydration, and support skin health. Ashlee provided extensive written materials to support the plan. These included in-depth documents on phytonutrients, greens and their benefits, mineral and hydration protocols, living foods, broths, and supportive recipes. Each document was clear, organized, and specific. She explained how each part of the plan supported nervous system regulation, circulation, detox pathways, and overall energy. The program was structured in phases. The first phase focused on calming the nervous system, restoring minerals, improving hydration, and supporting elimination. Ashlee explained why building this foundation was essential, especially given my cervical dystonia and heavy stimulant use. Nothing felt rushed or extreme. It felt thoughtful and appropriate for my body. I have only completed the first phase so far, but the results were noticeable very quickly. Within two days of following her plan, cutting energy drinks, sweets, and alcohol, eating plant-based foods, practicing breathwork, and drinking at least 70 ounces of water a day, I felt a clear shift. I had more energy without crashes. I slept better. My skin looked more hydrated and youthful. I felt lighter and clearer overall. While traveling out of the country, I had trouble staying consistent. I ate meat a few times, drank less water, and fell off the plan. Each time, I could feel the difference in a bad way. My energy dropped, inflammation returned, and the symptoms I had before started coming back. That contrast made it very clear how effective her plan was when followed. Ashlee also provided very practical support. She offered alternatives to energy drinks, grounding beverages, food substitutions, and recipes that made the plan realistic. She followed up consistently and addressed every issue I raised. I always felt supported and understood. Even though I have only completed the first phase, I am confident in the program. The changes I experienced in such a short time showed me that her approach works at a root level. I am looking forward to fully rejoining the plan once I am able to be consistent again.
