The steak sandwich was only $12.00 and looked promising on their short menu. Within ten minutes, the order was delivered to my table inside the brewery. The sandwich was heavy in weight and the caramelized onions really brought a great taste with each bite. The homecut fries were a great side dipped in ketchup. The steak slices were juicy although needed to be thinner. The sandwich definately was the perfect compliment to my cold Belgian beer. It came with a nice sized portion of fries. The beef was tender, and the sandwich was delicious. We also had a grilled cheese sandwich with 3 types of cheese and a robust tomato soup. Much heartier and tastier than we expected from a food truck. Their surprisingly wide-ranging menu included a flatbread pizza, pasta with clams, a stuffed chicken thigh, a quesadilla, brie cheese and more. Impressive! The service was great as the food was promptly delivered to us inside the brewery. No need to stand around the food truck waiting for the items to cook. Instead, we enjoyed our beers while comfortably sitting inside the brewery. We'll have to try some other food and beer pairings on our next visit!
