The director and senior therapist, Carlos Ospina, has a great patient attitude, as well as a great track record - at least for me! - he has fixed multiple knee injuries, ankle injuries, a frozen shoulder and an injured back so far. (injuries that happened over a period of years in case you are wondering...) They have 3 full time therapists, plus 2 assistants most of the time, and the place is large enough to accomodate 7 or 8 patients at a time without feeling crowded. Recently went to this place for a physical for a company. I found it very disappointing as the wait…read moretime was huge and the nurse had very poor manors. After she gave me a little attitude and took my BP which ended being on the higher side which is not normal for me. (I know for a fact due to being in the fire service and getting checked after fires) the doctor came in a basically said that I was most likely lying about not have high BP and that There's little to no chance of the doctor visit or me working all day being the reason... also she suggested I get an item that doesn't exist to prove my "innocence" of having high blood pressure. Now I am forced to go back again for another BP check so I can make money. I was very disappointed as I have a very good physician of my own and have never needed to be in a place like this.... thank god I won't have to he after this is done. I'm six weeks in and I've made terrific progress through my therapist, Michael Boulos. His personalized approach, knowledge and techniques, along with my commitment to doing exercises between sessions, I am moving more than I have in years and am able to be more active and present with my kids. They refused! Got paid almost $500 for an hour session x30 visits and couldn't even return a call to get my medical records. Now going to therapy at Hunterdon at Wescot. Not only did they call Aetna with the notes my surgeon supplied they did it in 2 days and got my additional therapy approved. It's disgusting the way I was treated and discharged without cause. Terrible company and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The rooms are cruddy, dirty, look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The reception room is the only decent place there. DON'T LET YOUR LOVED ONE VE NEGLECTED HERE!!!!
