That being said, I also expect to receive great customer service and a great product. After purchasing several items I realized I was overcharged, by $20, for a game. After speaking with a manager to correct the charge I was told that the game was just mislabeled and I was charged correctly. Somehow that was my fault and she took it a step further to blame "someone" for removing the real tag that was to cover up the $20 tag. That did not feel good. Small interactions like this destroy reputations and further patronage. Ownership of the mislabeled product would have had me coming back here for years to come and $,$$$ more to spend. Unfortunately, I can find ALL of these toys online where the price is properly labeled and I will not be accused of price changes.

Nothing really does anything interesting, and you can't play creatively (a shopping cart at the vets office etc) Because They are really particular about having the pieces stay in each zone. I understand why that helps them for clean up, but it is a very frustrating experience for a small toddler who doesn't understand the arbitrary rule of why you can play with a toy in one place but not another.

I've been wanting a legit Labubu forever, even though the hype is down now I still wanted on. I figured everything would be picked over as I went the Monday after black Friday. At first glance the Labubu version I wanted was empty but as I shopped around a worker restocked them and I was able to grab one. There's a ton of other figures I would like to collect but my poor wallet can't fund it at the moment. I ended up getting 2 free blind boxes as they extended the black Friday offer which was a nice treat. The staff at check out were really nice & patient. They have a loyalty program that's quick and easy to join.
