The name doesn't do this place justice - I'm not sure there's a pinwheel in the store haha. This…read moreshould be called the magical emporium of toys and games galore! When you walk in, you'll be assaulted with floor to ceiling displays of toys in the best way possible. I could see how it could be overwhelming for some, but I loved it. Felt so magical. I stopped in while in the area to get some ideas for holiday gifts and ended up getting my auntie gift duties done here. It's a very large space spanning three different areas, with the areas categorized by theme/age. You'll find everything from plushies to puzzles and everything in between here. Truly so many options for all ages (even those harder to shop for tween/early teen ages). I found some adorable play kitchen items for my 1yo niece, and some sweet dinosaur and car toys for my 3yo nephew here. I also love that I could browse, try things out, test quality, etc here unlike shopping online. I even found something for myself here! I was introduced to the magic of NeeDoh and had to get one. Now I already want to go back and test out some others to get. Service was very friendly - I asked for some recommendations for my niece's age, and one team member walked me through options. During checkout, another was very kind. Prices were reasonable, and I'd much rather spend my money locally than on Amazon this holiday season. Highly recommend swinging in to check this place out for holiday shopping season - shop local!

I was a little overwhelmed with all the stuff to look at and decide on for birthday gifts. I had read that they had Needoh Ice cube but was disappointed that they didn't have them available. Don't buy here. I…read morecalled about three weeks ago to ask about Pokémon Scarlet & Violet single booster packs and was quoted $8 per pack. That's above MSRP, but still reasonable if you can't find them at retail. Yesterday, before making the 30-minute drive, I called again to confirm prices. I asked about Prismatic Evolutions, Pokémon 151, and Scarlet & Violet. The employee knew some of the prices himself but asked a female coworker to help with and confirm the others. I could clearly hear their conversation over the phone. Between the two of them, they quoted Prismatic Evolutions at $15 per pack, Pokémon 151 at $30 per pack, and Scarlet & Violet at $9 per pack. After confirming the prices, the employee repeated them to me, so I made the drive based on the information they gave me. When I arrived, the Scarlet & Violet packs were marked $12 each. I told them I had literally just called and was quoted $9 per pack. Instead of acknowledging that the wrong price had been given over the phone, the female employee denied that anyone had ever quoted me $9 and even claimed that no one had spoken to me on the phone. That made absolutely no sense since I had called less than 30 minutes earlier, heard the employee ask her for help confirming prices, and then heard the prices they gave me. The extra $3 per pack wasn't even the biggest issue. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was the dishonesty and refusal to simply say, "I'm sorry, we gave you the wrong price over the phone." Instead, they acted like I was making it up. To make things worse, another customer laughed and said, "The price is $12 for you, haha." Whether it was a joke or not, it made the experience even worse. What they don't realize is that if they had simply honored the quoted price--or even admitted the mistake--I was prepared to spend a couple thousand dollars that day on ETBs, booster packs, and singles. Instead, they lost a customer over $3 a pack and the way they handled the situation. It felt like a bait-and-switch. They tell you one price over the phone, charge a different price when you arrive, and then deny ever giving you the original quote or even speaking to you. Customer service and honesty go a long way, and this place showed me exactly how they treat customers. Save yourself the drive, your time, and your money. There are plenty of better card shops that deserve your business.
