We set up an appointment and they sounded genuinely excited to help us out with our framing project. This was our first professional framing experience. Thankfully, from the very beginning of our consultation we both felt comfortable with Ken and Melissa. They were friendly, and knowledgable without being intimidating. They listened to our vision and offered great suggestions without being "pushy". Melissa was helpful and patient as she showed us a wide variety of frame/mat options. Ken explained his process and helped to find products that were not only to our liking and in our price range, but also called to verify they were in-stock so we didn't have any unexpected delays. The first order didn't arrive on time -- it wasn't her fault, it was the post office - however she went all out to make sure I got another shipment quickly.
