No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. An appointment was set for him to come give us an estimate and he did send that after our first meeting. At that appointment some additional plans were discussed and another appointment set. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. On my third message I told him he had already had two red flags previously by responding several days after I had called and this was the second issue of not showing and that I could not work with undependable and we were done. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. No I would not recommend him, he seems to work when he wants to as some previous reviews on Yelp have had the same issue. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.

No one even came close to matching their price. And the integrity of just dealing with Bryan and his brother, was top of the chart. A+ Always quick to answer any questions. He would text us if he was running a few minutes behind, or letting us know time wise where we were. He was so patient, professional and friendly. Bryan and Jayson worked long and hard. I can't stress enough all the labor that went into these 30+ year old cabinets, prepping and painting. My kitchen was well protected and they took extra care to protect the appliances, as well. They were prompt to correct any issues that came up. And the final results speak for themselves. Highly recommend and we will use them again!

Buyer Beware! They…read moredid the fence between myself and the rear neighbor for $1,500 for 55' of fence at about $27 per foot in 2017 which was expensive even for that time. This was not new fence either but it was extending the fence posts 3' higher. They quoted me $950 for 20' of fence at $47.50 per foot in October of 2021. They claimed smaller jobs are more expensive and prices went up. That's REDICULOUS claiming prices went up almost double in 4 years. The wood crisis has gone down people! So I did the job myself, see attached pictures. It's not perfect but lightyears better than before. It also only cost me $600 to buy all the parts and rent the tools at Lowes. Sure it took me longer but It's better than being taken advantage of by these guys. I calculated their business expenses would only be approximately $350 and they wanted an almost 300% markup. Finally after stalking them Jeff finally gave me a quote to complete the work and promised a deal for the confusion and the deal was astronomically to high for what I had already been through with these guys. My advice is run ....UNLESS maybe you have a man around that maybe they will respect.

We reached out to the owner for a wall repair, and this time, she kept dropping the ball. We had to constantly chase her for responses since early December, and even then, communication was inconsistent. She promised to do the work on a specific day in early January, but she never contacted for address or invoice, and of course never showed up on the scheduled date and time and completely ghosted us--no calls, no messages, no responses and did not pick up the phone, until it was the exact hour, she finally responded saying she was sick and all that and wouldn't come today, but she never cared to even ask for the address or knowing which returning customer i am, which means she was never planned to come since December. To make matters worse, my tenant rearranged their schedule and stayed home for absolutely no reason and now being very upset. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!
