No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. An appointment was set for him to come give us an estimate and he did send that after our first meeting. At that appointment some additional plans were discussed and another appointment set. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. On my third message I told him he had already had two red flags previously by responding several days after I had called and this was the second issue of not showing and that I could not work with undependable and we were done. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. No I would not recommend him, he seems to work when he wants to as some previous reviews on Yelp have had the same issue. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.

Wow! I can not believe the level of service I received today. I contacted Giovanni and explained to…read morehim that Costco had delivered a brand new dryer for the second time and their technicians couldn't get the unit working. I had power on the old unit and was running the day they arrived the first time. After their second attempt I called Giovanni and explained to him what had happened. He came out promptly even though I'm all the way in Anna. After completing his testing he determined that they had given me a bad cord. He asked if there was a Home Depot near and I said yes. He went straight there, came right back, swapped the cord and got it running! I can not thank him enough for his timeliness, professionalism and going the extra mile to make this work for my family. I have two dogs and a 5 yr old and we have been without a dryer for 2 weeks because of Costco. He said he has small children too and that's why he works so hard.
