I recently sent a request for e-mail contact on their website, hoping to speak with someone else. Days later, I received an e-mail from Ben Jarman. He invited me to call, so I called the next morning. I asked if he was in, and the woman on the phone sounded as abrupt and probably was Rachel Zaslow, and just said "no" and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I left both a phone and e-mail message, never received a call back nor e-mail. If he wasn't going to be in the office, she should have told me. If he is too busy to answer me back, then he is definitely too busy to take care of my money and my relatives when I am deceased!!!!
