I thought they might need to file an extension - but they were able to get the job done on time. Eric was less expensive than the other company and also worked all the possible deductions. Some we didn't even know about! Our refund was more than enough to pay for his service and still get some money back. The staff was excellent as well. Will use them again.

We stay here a few days a week every week since Christmas because my wife is a traveling nurse. They charged us $20 for a towel because they said we cleaned up grease with it. It was not grease. It was an Oreo mint shake. The towels might be worth $2 at best. After complaining and about five phone calls, they finally agreed to return the $20 to our card in 7-10 business days. Then we check in again this past Friday. Within four hours we get another $20 charge. Nobody seems to be able to tell us why. The manager won't even do her job and call us like we were told she would. And tonight I tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel that's supposed to be open until 10:00pm. It's only 8:00pm. I'm told they're closing and I can't order food. Also in the past the restaurant has always seemed to be missing multiple items on the menu. The owner obviously does not care about a damn thing in this place.

I had a phone conversation with her which went really well. Had a good feeling about her. She seemed like a really nice professional women. Long story short she needed some statements from my bank account and credit card account business account. I sent all of those to her never heard anything back from her which as a potential Client ghosting somebody after they just gave bank statements then ghost them is not a good feeling. This puts a lot of worry on us business owners maybe it's a scam oh my gosh, she has my information, etc.. I text her on multiple occasions to get in touch. She's ignoring me. She even put me on mute silence her notifications on her phone for me so I'm leaving this here to inform the rest of you about this situation. I will attach photos below.
