Called and spoke with owner Maria. Came by and gave estimate which I though was very high. ($300.00 for deep cleaning when house was cleaned just 1 month ago). Ended up charging me less. Sete up appt for following month. 3 people came and was there 1 hr. Didnt clean the french doors and a couple other items. Next month came and didnt even get corners of tile and several other items that are standard. I explained how disappointed I was and she offered to have the ladies come back which they did. She was more concerned about her 5 star rating with Yelp than the fact that her employees didnt do their job very well. (employees did come back and take care of the issues). I called this month to have them come back and left 2 messages. Maria never returned my call. I felt robbed. I paid $400 and I wish I would've taken photos. I was heartbroken. We moved in unexpectedly to a fully furnished unit in October. I needed a deep cleaning because I just started a new job, moved twice in 2 months and had family coming in town ,for a previously planned vi, in 48hrs. I personally did a great go over of everything before hand. Washed all bedding and put exact clean sets on all 3 beds. All I needed was a deep cleaning. Shower, sinks, windows, floors etc. Those things if done were done poorly. & instead of making the beds with the clean linens on them. They re washed (and left the last load undone) all the sheets. And dug out some nasty stained sheets from a stuffed full "fully furnished" extra crap closet. That clearly had a rack in front of it..as if you say maybe this a boundary ? anyway I was so disappointed when I got home to my "clean house" and especially embarrassed when I realized my Family was Sleeping on stained sheets I had never even seen before. read more

Do not use this service!! We ended up having to buy all the cleaning products and cleaning the rental house ourselves after Lupita's service supposedly had cleaned our house. We are from out of state and found Lupita's service on yelp and decided to use her services to clean our rental house as a new renter was moving into the house in the next few days. Since we were still out of state, we left the keys for her. When we finally arrived the next day at the rental house and saw the condition of the house, we thought that they flaked and missed the appointment. The house was filthy. We had to quickly go to Lowes to pickup cleaning supplies and we spent our vacation day cleaning the rental house. A few days later we received an invoice for $250 from Lupita. We were shocked and thought that they were doing some type of fraud since it appeared that there was no cleaning done. When we confronted Lupita that the house wasn't cleaned she denied it and threatened to sue us. We have now received another invoice for the $250 plus a cancelation fee of $50 plus a court filing cost. All we wanted was to have our rental house professionally cleaned so we could enjoy our vacation time in BHC. Total nightmare. Im sure there are plenty of other legitimate cleaning services in BHC to use. Don't make the same mistake we did. read more

I Used this service for my elderly father. He is 91 and can't see how dirty his place has gotten. We had hired another company last year for a 1 time cleaning and it was no where near what Lupitas accomplished. It was like they let the Sunshine and the Happiness in. It was always so depressing before the cleaning and now we can visit my Dad and stay for awhile. My Dad is very hard to please and even he was in amazement. I met Lupita at my home. I explained my needs and she set an initial price to which I agreed. A time was set for her to arrive. I called her the morning of the appointment and she said it was for two hours later than I remembered. None the less, I waited. She did not call nor show up as agreed. I tried to call her several times she did not answer. Need less to say, she never returned my call nor tell me she did not want my business. Very unprofessional and rude. I wish YELP had 10 star reviews- I would give Lupitas cleaning 20 stars! How do you review a better-than-perfect experience? First of all this was THE ONLY company that answered the phone right away. Second of all, without even seeing the home I wanted cleaned I was given a 'worst case price' so I would know IN ADVANCE just how much it might cost. Lupitas sent a crew right away. Not many companies have this type of ethic any more. Maria carefully walked around with me and told me how the crew would accomplish MY goal. I am a real estate agent and needed a home cleaned in Bullhead for my elderly buyers. At 11 in the morning my buyer was crying over "the filth" she and her husband were trying to move into. She didn't think there was any hope of ANYONE being able to clean years of pet hair, urine, dirt, etc.... BY 5 P.M. my client called me with tears of joy! A fridge my buyers thought they would have to replace came out looking like new. The whole place was sparkling and my buyers were impressed. I called this cleaning services and Lupita said she can have her crew come. I told her what I needed done like extra stuff such as assembling a sofa and she gave me a quote of $200. I said ok... even if I find $200 to be high. They went to the property and did what they needed to do. Then when I saw Lupita to pay her the fee, she told me $800. I was very very very surprised for the fee because the property was only 800 sq ft. She saw my desperation on getting this service done and took advantage of the moment. I had them come again to check my Airbnb to see if it's ready for a guest coming and she said.. that's another fee so I was desperate because i was very far away from this Airbnb and I trusted her to do so.. asked her if she can hang a clock.. a simple clock when you can just get a nail and hang it with no sweat and a 10 year old can even do and she said $30 plus depending of what happens if they needed more ..so I paid her the $100 for regular cleaning fee and agreed to pay $30 if they hang the clock. But then I just decided to stop by anyhow and come to my property to check what they've done, I came to find out that they came just to fold a couple of blankets and I checked my Schlage app history (digital lock) and looked and check they only were there for 30 mins. It was opened at such time and left 30 mins after that for $100. And they didn't hang the clock... I never have experienced paying such high price here in Los Angeles and I though it'll be cheaper in Needles but this lady's price looks like you live in Beverly Hills. read more

My update after using Lupitas cleaning service.. Maria Portillo owner. We had a problem with a guest , they would not leave , trespassing past depart date. They lied about number of people and a dog that was not approved. We had to call the police to get them out. Maria went inside and took photos of the damages, filthy carpet . The guests had removed our lock box and changed the door lock. We had our next guest coming in the next day. Maria Took the ball and ran with it!, she got the lock changed, carpets cleaned , replaced damaged items, fixed our couch, and all in just hours before the next guest arrives. My Wife and I were stressing . Maria is a blessing and a hard working business owner. I really don't know what we would do without her. We live 5 hours away and depend on Maria a lot.
