Torn about this one... We found our Engagement Ring SETTING here. We were referred here through a friend. Sunita helped us and boy did they have a WIDE Selection! I must have looked at over 100 rings! I pulled aside about 20 rings and finally narrowed it down to one. The One! It was gorgeous, I'll post a photo up. Did I mention it was half the price of what London Jewelers was charging? AND this one had diamonds across half the band? Great selection, even better price! So what's the problem? About 4 weeks into buying the setting, a side stone fell out of the ring. Seriously? 4 weeks? We're not talking 4 years here. I called them to see if they would fix it and they said they would have to send it out and there would be a repair cost. Excuse Me?!? After quite a lot of angry calls it turns out I was speaking to the wrong person and the Manager in charge of the Wedding section said he would repair it for free but we would have to bring it in. They sized our rings wrong. When we went to have them resized they were nasty and unprofessional for a simple ring resizing request. Save yourself money and a headache and go to literally any other jeweler. We went here because they had many positive reviews but I'm wondering if those reviews are fake because we had a terrible experience. I've bought quite a few pieces of exclusive jewelry from this jewelry store. I like the latest designs they carry and I was always greeted with a smile. The owners seem nice and welcoming as well. Making charges can run quite high but that's ok because you do get exclusive designs other than that gold prices are on point and to standard. We bought thin chain for my daughter and my husband paid and I did not see the receipt after until we got home. There was no break up for the charges and the next day we went for clarification. The manager there said the making charges was embedded in the cost of the chain so for a $350 worth of chain there was $120 making charge. This break up was not explained to us nor was the per gram cost explained when my husband paid for the Jewellery. People of you are buying something less in value watch out. PLEASE whatever you do! DO NOT visit this place. They are so rude! And big liars! I had to drive there 3 times! And they still couldn't get my ring right! They tried to sell me a broken stone! Got the wrong size and design! Then called me a liar! And when I told them this is not what I wanted the two owners refuse to give me their names and tried to intimidate me! He even threatened me and said "go do what you want nothing is going to happen" reading all the reviews from other people I wish I had done that before. Yes I finally got my ring today that they over charged for! And didn't put the receipt in the bag!!! Please check your bags if you did make the mistake of going to this awful place.
