I've come here a few times, mostly to get my watches worked on and to sell one. Again each time Marco was pleasant. He calls back when your things items are ready and gives reasonable time for when your things will be ready. Jewelry places seem to so often be either in malls or real fancy areas, likely along with price to match the residents, but this place is nice and local which is welcome. Brought a necklace and earrings for my 7 month old daughter from this place since it was down the…read morestreet from my job I went to a few jewelry shops on Main Street and finally stop here! they were very nice and helpful great customer service when I made the purchase and the price was reasonable and last week I went to put the necklace on my daughter for the first time and the lock was broken so I tried to go get it fixed that same day but they were closed due to the shop being robbed the day before so I finally went back last Saturday to get it fixed and he was acting the same way like he did when we first purchased the necklace and earrings he barely didn't want to talk to me or what I needed to get done! He took my info and said he would call me, didn't even tell me that it would be a charge for fixing my items! Never called me which is 9 days later I decided to stop by and see if they were ready! Had me waiting for a long time while he went next door to the children clothing store! When he finally decided to come back to help me he was rude and was like "oh you expect me to fix this for free" making it seems like I broke the necklace when he clearly sold me a broken necklace and to make it worse I got back another necklace they switch my necklace it's not the same necklace that I bought in to get fixed this one is thinner than I originally bought and I didn't notice it until I got home because I was so furious at the way I was treated these past two times... it's not my fault your business got robbed... maybe you should have better customer service with your customers !! I really wanted to purchase a bracelet for my daughter but I'll take my business somewhere else HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store. It's one thing to purchase something there and in stock, but for anything that will come in later, this store may or not provide your item. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as I have not received any mention of a refund and haven't received my item.

Each area of the shop is well curated and items are displayed with thought and care (I thought the basement was organized well IMO). I spent about an hour and a half at Valley Vintage to hit all of the areas, and some time was devoted to flipping through their records. This was well organized and some good finds. I ended up buying a copy of the original soundtrack from The Man from U.N.C.L.E. on vinyl for around $13. It was in good condition and plays. If you like nostalgia and vintage shopping, visit this spot. You may find something one-of-a-kind that appeals to you.
