They were too busy chatting with regular customers who they seemed to know quite well. I didn't feel like the stylist actually listened to me as I wanted my hair in a new style and quite a bit shorter but ended up with a cut that looks exactly as the one I came in with, just a bit shorter and more refined. It's not a bad cut, they definitely know what they are doing, I'm just disappointed to have paid 40 quid for a cut that looks exactly as the one I walked in with. The salon itself is small, tidy and welcoming. The staff seem to know what they are doing, maybe I just caught them on a bad day, I'm not sure. I won't be returreturning myself, but if you live in the area and are looking for relatively straightforward service, it may be worth a visit.

Not only I received really good customer service, I felt really comfortable and welcome. Sarah was the stylist who did my hair and she was fantastic. Definitely I will be back and highly recommend it, great service and hair cut without the price tag of the kinds of toni&guy.

I have contacted the place on several occasion and was reassured that they were medical professionals! I went there to have my botox and fillers treatments and ended with my face totally damaged! After investigation it became clear that both of them are only hairdressers, non-medics who just started those procedures a months ago. I have contacted my solicitors and the legal case is pending against two hairdressers with no right to perform the above treatments! I am warning you not to even attempt to go there for any treatment. They will stop answering your calls. They are operating under an umbrella of a plumbing company and refuse any liability for negligent malpractice. Thy have no registration or qualification to perform any invasive procedures. I also rang for 3 hours today (10 times) and no one picked up the phone. When the woman knew I had bought the pedicure through groupon she was quite standofish on the phone, unwilling to be accomodating and generally quite rude. Do not recommend as they take your money from Groupon and then make it impossible for you to get through to them or book an appointment. Avoid!
