Please, please avoid this place!!!! I am a doctor who was mislead that 2 polish girls Agnieszka & Julia are medical practitioners able to perform botox and fillers procedures! I have contacted the place on several occasion and was reassured that they were medical professionals! I went there to have my botox and fillers treatments and ended with my face totally damaged! After investigation it became clear that both of them are only hairdressers, non-medics who just started those procedures a months ago. I have contacted my solicitors and the legal case is pending against two hairdressers with no right to perform the above treatments! I am warning you not to even attempt to go there for any treatment. They will stop answering your calls. They are operating under an umbrella of a plumbing company and refuse any liability for negligent malpractice. Thy have no registration or qualification to perform any invasive procedures. Called two weeks in a row to make a pedicure appointment which I bought from Groupon, and unbelievably for both 2 weeks I tried to book they had no availability at all for the next whole week. I also rang for 3 hours today (10 times) and no one picked up the phone. When the woman knew I had bought the pedicure through groupon she was quite standofish on the phone, unwilling to be accomodating and generally quite rude. Do not recommend as they take your money from Groupon and then make it impossible for you to get through to them or book an appointment. Avoid! read more

I bought a Groupon from this salon a few months ago. It was for a 60 min. massage and paraffin hand treatment. It was reasonable. I explained to the girl doing my massage what areas I would like her to concentrate on...she didn't do it. She ended my massage after 45 mins. and I would bet she had NO formal training. I asked to see a price list and they would normally charge 60 GBP for it. I skipped the hand treatment. The manager could care less about what I had to say and was not customer service oriented, at all. Oh, that's right...I'm in England! Went here for a Brazilian blow dry, having bought a Groupon offer. This was the worst hairdresser's experience I've ever had! A woman with red hair did my hair, she didn't speak a word of English which I don't have a problem with but she was also quite rude. The shampoo was uncomfortable, no relaxing scalp massage as I'm used to at the hairdresser's. She dried my hair with a frayed, rough & ripped up towel, then I noticed that I had white bits at the front of my hair where she'd failed to rinse out the shampoo! I was not given a cape to protect my clothing from the products used, then she walked off and started cutting someone else's hair while I sat there for 25 minutes with noone having offered me a magazine or a drink! Again, it wouldn't have been so bad if she'd have motioned to me that she'd be "ten minutes" or given me something to read! Eventually another stylist came over to apply the product until the red-haired lady came back. I found her rude, rough and would have walked out, had I not previously paid upfront for the service. The other stylist reccomended a salt-free shampoo to maintain the style. I purchased the suggested shampoo, but when I got home I saw that it had chloride in it; in other words - salt! What a joke! I would rather pay more and go elsewhere in future, as I am actually pretty horrified at my treatment here! read more

I went there for a Brazilian Blow dry as well. That was miles away from being my best experience. Let me explain you: I have long hair, the lady was too lazy to remove the knots properly while having wet hair so she left them....then after drying them, she had to apply the product with a "pencil" and a very thin comb, and so she pulled my hair, remove some of them from my head by pulling and didn't bother... Then she has been joigned by a trainer I guess, who was applying the product directly on my head without taking the hair in her hands (none of them were speaking with me or ask me if everything was fine), then product was missing so they were faking applying it and I even told the girl to put more product on my hair because it's still dry as if there is no product at all. Then after this, somebody else replaced the trainer and both of the ladies were doing the straightener on my hair (each side one) by pulling my hair from both side...great... The boss (I guess) was here and really weird... not service oriented that's for sure, the only positive thing was the trim(for 15 pounds extra) done by a more pleasant lady... Helen 8/5/2011 I was in a party of 4 on a visit to Enzo, with Groupon voucher. All of us enjoyed the experience. 3 of us had the Swedish Massage and my daughter had a facial, (they changed the booking without any fuss), the staff were very pleasant. Yes, it is a hairdresser, but it has lots of things to offer, and it comes with great quality. My massage experience was the best I have had and would certainly go again. We also had an extra treatment, (which was no trouble at all to accomodate), putting our feet into the tank for the fish to eat, made us laugh at first, but was quite an experience! I am generally a happy, nurturing kind of person and do not enjoy complaining but I just had to write a review about this salon so no-one else has to go through the torture I experienced. I bought a Groupon voucher (as I often do for the massage deals) and as Enzo is literally down the road from me I thought: "Great, I can walk home all wonderfully relaxed." Unfortunately the reality was a complete nightmare. Upon arriving there were 3 receptionists who all looked like they had been crying. None of them acknowledged my arrival until I said hello. Then one of the girls coldly said 'yes?'. Bemused I told them I had an appointment and they asked me to sit down. 2 minutes later the same woman came over and greeted me with a huge enthusiastic smile and welcome. I had suddenly entered the twilight zone! After that my masseuse lead me to a small room at the back, walking past 6 women having their hair blow dried, as it is primarily a hair salon. The masseuse was quite pushy and had no time to listen to anything I had to say in regards to my shoulder injury. I had a 60min massage which was so light handed there was no point to it at all. Furthermore my right ear was listening to blow driers and extremely loud pop music and my left ear was 'trying' to listen to whale music. This was very annoying and made me feel very tense. Then half way through the treatment I could hear all the school kids chatting/screaming at the bus stop which is right outside the salon, as they keep the front door open. I felt so uncomfortable I couldn't wait for it all to be over. Finally it was and Im pretty sure it was not 60 minutes, although I was quite glad! Then I was supposed to have a parrafin hand wax. The lady dunked my hand in boiling wax but my hands were fiercely burning. Despite this she kept my hand in the boiling wax regardless of my pain, and believe me I have a high pain threshold! She then wrapped them in cling film and donned them with oven gloves before whisking me into the busy noisy salon to sit in a massage chair for 30 mins. Well, what an idiot I felt sitting there with my oven gloves listening to Rhianna screaming over the blow driers. At least the chair massage was better than the actual massage. At this point I started to laugh because there was no other emotion I could have felt except rage. I noticed the strain in all the hairdressers faces as they tugged at the clients' hair. What was weird is that they seemed to have more staff turning up by the minute, all with the same sad long face. I felt quite sorry for them. What a shame it is such an awful place, the decor is superb and has all the mod cons but with no human touch at all. Style over substance. Do not ever go there. £42 for a half hour cut and blow dry. It was open on Sunday and I really needed my fringe cut. I went in and they could accommodate me straight away and ushered me to the chair quickly, without telling me how much it would be. Hair was cut fine but my fringe wasn't quite right so I re-did it when I got home! Modern and clean salon but really not worth the money. read more

Would give it zero stars if I could. My colleague and I went here for massages with a voucher we purchased on Groupon. We both phoned and booked the appointments seperately, so they didn't know we were together. Upon arrival we were taken back to a room with two beds. No one told us we would be in the same room. We were very uncomfortable and the salon didn't care. The massages were the worst ever. Both of us could hear the other one asking the massage therapist to go deeper. They were both basically wiping oil/lotion on us. I would be surprised if either of them had any licence for massage. It was meant to be a hot stone massage, but they just uncomfortably placed hot stones on us and did nothing with them. The massage table had no blankets or towels, and they just expected us to lie there naked freezing. The bed my colleague was on didn't even have a hole for her face, so she ended up leaving with a sore neck from where they had left the hot stone. My bed had no sheet and the face hole was dirty. Through the treatments we could hear loud dance music from the salon and someone banging on the window outside the room. Someone even walked into the room while we were getting the treatments and had a conversation with one of the massage therapist as we both lay there naked. After the treatment we were so unhappy we didn't even want to complain in person because we just wanted to get out of there, so we decided we call and complain once we got home. By the time we got back home, my collegue noticed that she was turning orange. The massage therapist massaged her with self tanning lotion instead of massage oil. So what was an hour of a bad treatment, left her 5 days of a streaky uneaven tan on her back, as they didn't even turn her over. They salon agreed to refund us our money. My colleague received her cheque by the end of the week, and it's now been a month and I haven't received mine. I've put in at least 8 calls to them and every time they give me another excuse. Last I heard they were cancelling the cheque they sent me and issuing a new one to send recorded delivery, but that was a week ago and I still have received nothing. I bought a voucher for a Swedish massage and paraffin hand treatment for myself and two friends at Enzo Beauty on the Uxbridge Road. I had wondered whether the £22 offer for a £90 treatment was too good to be true and unfortunately that was definitely the case! I have had massages all over the world, in some of the best spas and also more scruffy locations and so am not too fussy about my surroundings as long as the massage is good - but this was the worst massage I have ever had. I went along to my session on 22 April 2011 and was greeted by a bored-looking receptionist and waited in the hair salon. I wasn't even offered a drink of water while I waited and no one offered to take the coat and big cardigan I was wearing. Enzo Beauty is a very down-at-heel hair salon with two massage beds in the back room. The décor is tatty and uninspiring. Groupon advertised this deal with the following claims: "Receive either an hour-long facial from the menu or one of the two massages (hot stone or Swedish)": I only actually got a 45 minute massage. "Experienced therapists will discuss your choices and ensure you leave feeling completely revitalised" and "Tailor your session to get the exact results you require": I asked the massage therapist for a strong massage but she didn't listen. She didn't start by asking me if I had any medical issues or areas on my body she should focus on, she just slapped the tiniest amount of cold massage oil onto me and rubbed it around. She was obviously ill-trained and gave me the most insipid, perfunctory massage I have ever had which consisted of rubbing and prodding a few areas of the body. The massage table was so creaky and wobbled every time the masseur made a movement and I was paranoid the whole thing would collapse (not conducive to relaxation!). The air conditioning was on so high that I was cold and I actually left the table with a stiffer neck and shoulders than when I went in. To be fair she was friendly, but was obviously not trained to do this kind of work. I was sat in an electric massage chair while my 'paraffin hand treatment' was applied and this was actually more therapeutic than the actual massage. I left the salon feeling bad about the badly-trained and presumably badly-paid Indian girls providing the service and I was fuming that the management can run a dodgy joint like this. This was the first and last time I buy anything via Groupon - they obviously can't be bothered to vet the services they sell. I was especially mortified to have bought this deal as a gift for two friends - it's a good job I know them well enough to laugh about it! read more

Appalling customer service.They were reasonable priced in the past which is why i continued to use the salon but now have increased the prices but standards have decreased.I paid for a course of sessions months ago only to be told after my 3rd session the machine had broken ,i waited almost 3 months for the machine to be repaired .No compensation just a long list of excuses as to when i could book my treatment i paid for in full.When i then had booked a massage and needed to reschedule the day there, was zero flexibility on their part.There are far more superior salons in the area with much better service.There is a reason why they always have groupon offers.They have no respect for customers. read more

I called the receptionist to book an appointment 2 weeks ago for a Powerdose treatment and blow dry, all free with my fully stamped loyalty. I made sure I told her about my loyalty card to which she replied no problem. Arrived on the day, got it all done (except the Powerdose treatment as the receptionist didn't book enough time with the hairdresser to do it, so I settled for a measly shampoo and conditioner instead). And at at the time of payment, the so-called manageress, Agnieska, who is in fact the owner, refused my loyalty card saying I was only entitled to £5 (which was not stated anywhere on the aforementioned card). Also the additional comment of the very unhelpful receptionist that my loyalty card was expired. I then replied that all of their loyalty cards ARE expired and that it's never been a problem before as I've only been coming to to their salon for the past 8 years for both hair and beauty treatments. To cut a long story short, I've had to pay for the blow dry minus £5, still £21 to pay. I've spent thousands of pounds in that establishment No apologies from them, no goodbyes. Save yourself a lot of bother and don't use them. Plenty of salons in the surrounding areas and a whole lot more friendlier with staff and management alike who care about their customers. read more

I'm very very disappointed with the costumer service! And don't plan to go back again. A couple of months ago I used Enzo's services just before going on holiday. When I called to book the appointment I was asked my card details. I wasn't told that it would be to process the payment immediately and I didn't ask, thinking that the details were taken just for the case I didn't show up (as there is a cancellation policy). On the day, when finished, I went to the cashier to pay. Everything went as I was expecting (unaware that the payment was taken when I called and it seems that on my records there was no note that the service was already paid!), the attendant took the payment. My surprise started when I was asked less amount of money as on the phone... £6 less! Felt puzzled and asked how much and was told the same (the £6 less). Paid with the card and left. Still thinking about what happened, decided to check my bank extract... Was charged twice. Called the saloon and clarified the situation. Agreed that I would get a refund. Brilliant, felt assured that my rights were respected. After my holiday, I went to get the refund (yes, I had to go in person to get the refund because of a mistake from their side, when they managed to charge my card over the phone). Once arrived explained my situation, the attendant checked my file and found the note to refund. It would have been all fine, until I asked how much I would be refunded... (I was hoping that it go smooth) but she told me the smaller number... I asked why. She answered: "because the second charge was a mistake from our side, so as a good gesture, as we never do refunds, we are willing to refund the second charge". I asked back: "why is it more expensive over the phone?", she told me that the second charge was wrongly calculated, the correct amount was the first charge. (Two mistakes that were not mine: charged me twice and wrong calculation on the second one!) We stayed arguing with each other for a few minutes going around the some conversation without any proper answer... And that was just sad. As a client, I was expecting to be better treated and not having to argue and even less with someone with an attitude. Yes, the lady had an attitude. She's got some nerves to, when I decided to finish the conversation saying that my Sunday was already ruined having to go on purpose to get the refund and the that conversation wasn't getting me anywhere (giving her my card and basically agreeing to get the less amount), add the final touch saying "yes, this conversation is not getting us anywhere". RIDICULOUS!!!, is the nicest word I can find. I lost £6, had to go on purpose to correct a mistake from Enzo's side and, as if not enough, had to deal with someone who thinks owns all the reason in the world. I am the client, and expect to be treated with respect. I can only say that I will not visit Enzo Salons anymore. You lost a client because of £6 and an arrogant employee. read more

booked this place for a massage via Groupon but had to changed appointments to another day- called over two days before my appointment, about 50 times a day -not kidding! I hate to cancel appointments unless for good reason - left messages on their website, left messages on the mobile number that was on their webpage but NO BODY picked up the phone the entire time I tried calling, nor sent me an acknowledgment of the messages I sent- just to get a call me the day of my appointment saying I've missed my appointment, will be charged for a cancellation fee if I want to reschedule! I explained that I've tried calling to reschedule to prevent this fee and the only thing they could say is, no, the phone wasn't busy, we didn't get your messages, bla bla.. I'm sorry, I used the number of their webpage+left messages - whose fault is it that they didn't get the message - and they had to audacity to suggest I bring my phone to show them the logs of pass dialled numbers and prove that I've called so they can reschedule - sorry - not wasting my time to just go in to prove myself for a lousy massage - customer service - ZERO! read more
