I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. The location is on a quieter part of Bell Blvd yet close enough to the core of the strip. The parking in this area is likely better than if it were a few more blocks south. Such a nice, cozy place to practice yoga and meditating, but I do think they should place a much lower capacity on the class because in my last class, I literally had someone on each corner of my mat and the room is not a huge space either. Yoga mats are available, the props are clean, and Teresa being such a wonderful instructor, always makes sure everyone is tended to and is comfortable.
